J Sterling's Wellness Spa - Lake Mary

We came for my mother’s birthday, it’s our annual thing. We decided on a couples room this time. Anessa was the front desk receptionist and greeted us right away with a smile. I asked her to take a picture of us, and she did not hesitate!. I had Jacob & he was outstanding. I hold stress in my shoulders and upper back. He found and felt every single pressure point. This was an amazing experience and I will be back requesting him again!

I walked in on a Friday evening feeling tight from all the stress of the week and left feeling brand new! Had a great massage with Samantha. She was sweet and attentive and a great massage therapist. Anessa at the front was also very nice, it was our first time there (went in with my husband for a couple's massage) and the check in was a breeze, everything was very timely, and the place was super clean and conducive to relaxation. We will definitely be back.

As a first-time guest the experience was phenomenal, and I feel very relaxed. Also, first time for me, was the facial skincare with Louisa. Another awesome experience! Yvette was and is an incredible person and massage therapist. I had some issues on my lower back and she worked wonders, Tina greeted me upon entry and was charming.
I will definitely make it my go to location.

1st time visiting J Sterling Wellness Spa. I truly enjoyed the reflexology infused massage by Stacey. The massage was so enjoyable I left the table feeling light on my feet and relaxed. The second service was a facial by Erika. Erika has been doing fascias for 10 years and it shows. She was gentle and my face is now glowing. I'll definitely return for services again.

I've had many massages and facials and this place is by far the best I've been to yet. The customer service was great, everyone was super friendly and professional. I got a prenatal massage and European Facial and left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. The prices are really fair next to other competitors. I will definitely be going back.

My boyfriend & I did the Valentine’s Day couples massage. Massager(s) : Carrie / Stacey. Both were amazing. We got the choice of what the comfort levels and what pressure we wanted. Sam at the front desk was very informative and helpful. We got the Valentines gift bag it had a cute Valentines J sterling themed mug, pen, and chocolates to seal the deal. Feeling brand new! We will definitely be back! The only thing I wish was different is each person should get a gift bag, it is a couples arraignment.

Michael was amazing his technique is so unique but the relief is amazing. I never had that type of massage with so much stress and pain relief. Sam was so helpful and made everything such a pleasure. I definitely recommend them!

Andrea is awesome. She flows seamlessly between different areas, utilizing a wide variety of techniques with just the right pressure. A must try if you enjoy invigorating therapeutic body work.

Absolutely wonderful spa! The environment is clean and relaxing. Pricing is very fair and the quality is top tier. My therapist Kavi was very kind and Anessa at the front desk was welcoming and assisted me quickly.

J Wellness is the best! I use Carrie. She is great. She will find muscles you didn't know you had and make you back to brand new! The staff is always friendly and efficient Alyssa is always handling business efficiently!

This was my very first massage and it was amazing. Johnny my massage therapist was amazing. I feel like a brand new person. Every knot is gone. I will definitely be coming back. The spa associate Vic who greeted me was so polite. Very warm welcoming environment.

This was the BEST wellness spa treatment I’ve experience thus far! J Sterlings sets a wonderful atmosphere from the Associate to the Therapist. Bella was very informative and friendly. In my session with Alina was AMAZING! She was punctual, my session was peaceful and relaxing. I almost forgot my necklace and thankfully Alina found it and brought it back to me before I left. The service again was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I will be back again very soon. Thank you J Sterling for wonderful experience.

Amazing experience today at JStellings. Husband and I went for a couples massage. Tina was very welcoming and informative. Melijane and Stephanie gave phenomenal deep tissue massages. Will definitely be going again soon.

Once again, such an amazing experience at J Sterling! Sam at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming and showed me around their renovations that I hadn’t yet seen. I had a wonderful massage and then had one of the best facials I’ve never received. My esthetician, Kavi, was very thoughtful and gentle throughout my entire appointment. She made me feel gorgeous and left me glowing after my appointment. I’m thankful I was connected with her today and look forward to future appointments with her, hopefully booked by Sam! 💜

I got a massage at Jsterling and it was absolutely amazing ! Marissa was very attentive and caring! They made sure to ask me how I was feeling and made to do regular pressure checks. They were super nice and I can’t wait to come back ! 10/10 recommend!
