Sun and spokes is the best bike shop I have had the pleasure of working with! I have been mountain biking for 20+ years. I purchased a Marin Sausalito from them a few years ago. It is an amazing bike and the folks at Sun and Spokes have been incredibly helpful with all of my bike maintenance needs 😁

Only place in town with bmx parts. Big box store sent me the wrong item. 10 minutes in the store and I’m happy as can be. Was also not sure on the size of my handle bars being too big. They steered me in the right direction and I’m ready to roll. Price was good as well!

Took two bikes in a few days before the New Year long weekend. They were really fast getting the bikes up and running. Friendly, efficient, and competent. Thank you Sun & Spokes!

I have purchased a number of bicycles in my time and I have never had a complaint, but Sun & Spokes bicycle shop is the BEST! The prices on bicycles and related gear are as good as one can find anywhere. Mark and Chris are both knowledgeable and helpful. I never have second thoughts about what I purchase at Sun & Spokes and am confident that they are giving me the best prices one can find anywhere. I have purchased three bikes with them and have no need to look anywhere else for gear or service.

Very professional staff. Helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy. Chris and the owner teamed up to ensure we purchased the right bicycle with all the correct adjustments. They also took their time to help us select accessories. They made us feel comfortable and let us know that we could come back at any time with questions.

Just wanted people to know that these guys love bikes. If you need anything fixed or replaced on your bike go here and talk with them. I did and Mark took care of my needs. Yea, there are other bike shops in sierra Vista. And you COULD go to them. BUT If you like a business treating you like family, or the owner remembering your name, and digging through the trash to find old tubes for a strange project, then THIS is the ONLY bike store/shop in SV. Mark is the epitome of customer service. EVERY business should learn customer service 101 from Mark at Sun and Spokes.

Great experience! We got exceptional value on a used bicycle here. The owner graciously waived the installation fee for some basket/rear-storage components we purchased as well. Speedy, professional service.

I've been going to S&S for 30+ plus years, and I have yet to find a better shop...anywhere! Mark and Chris are very knowledgeable and will work to your needs, but most importantly, they're just fantastic people that love bikes too. They can point you in the right direction for a ride and even set up group rides as well. Stop in, say hi, you won't be disappointed.

Friendly and excellent service! In town for an event and needed a new tire. Shop had great inventory and mechanics dropped what they were doing and installed the tire immediately. With new tire installed the mechanic noticed the valve wasn’t working correctly - he started over and put in a new valve. Even wiped down my entire bike and cleaned it. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Exceeded expectations- thank you!

Sun & Spokes has given me and my family the best and most professional service you can get. They always get the job done right without issues. The employees are great and their expertise on bikes and how to fix them is brilliant, they are very kind and cooperative. Overall it is a great bike shop with great people and they always make sure you get the best service, and help with your biking needs.

Went in to Sun and Spokes today to get my derailer fixed. The customer service was great. Very professional and friendly. I ended up getting a new saddle as well. They also gave some advice on my saddle height adjustment. Which should help with that issue. I’m a newer rider and haven’t gotten all my adjustments dialed in yet. I’ll definitely be using them in the future for any help I need.

I'm so pleased with my new tires, did Bisbee yesterday with confidence!! Eric did a tune-up and my bike was so clean like new. Love them.

Great service! I went in to get an inner tube replaced on my jogging stroller. I called before I went in to make sure they had the part. I walked right up to the counter, the gentleman was super helpful and took care of everything. I was quoted two prices, one for just the tire and one did the tire plus installation and a one year warranty. I chose the latter and the price was what they quoted me (actually a little less because I got a mil discount). He gave me care instructions and I was out the door in probably less than ten minutes. Very happy!

From out of town but was fortunate to find this excellent bike shop. The owner Mark and his staff were very friendly and professional! They handled the repairs on my bike and did it faster than promised. Took bike in at 5 PM one day and was done by 9 am the next morning! Highly recommend this bike shop.

Amazing bike shop, they care about you and your equipment. I have a road and mountain bike from them, and I love both bikes. Turn around time on repairs is amazing. Great service, professional, friendly, and awesome people to work with. I highly recommend them for all your bicycle needs.

Fantastic LBS! Went in looking for a road bike to get me through the next couple of months and walked out with exactly what I was looking for. Staff was incredibly helpful, had everything I needed to get started riding again. Absolutely the shop you want to head to if you’re looking for bikes/bike accessories in Sierra Vista.
