It was a great experience shopping with Kai today. He was informative, friendly and not at all pushy. He was also really patient with my four year old!! We left with a great sofa!!

Customer service was exceptional. I would recommend the Sanford store to anyone and ask for Martin or Miguel. Both are very professional and helpful. 5 stars is what they deserve.

The owner and worker were both amazing, we wanted the piece a little after closing hours and they were more then willing to sit with us. While we waited to find a way to move the couch they let us stay and wait at the store which was much appreciated.
