The guys at Cross Diesel Repair saved our family vacation! Not all superheroes wear capes, some wear work boots and hats! After calling dozens of places to help when our Class A Motorhome was having mechanical issues, this company responded and came to us in a timely manner. They stayed until the problem was fixed, were very professional and kind. I cannot recommend this company enough, they truly saved us!

Needed an oil leak repaired on my ram 2500. Cummins. Shawn and James were the first ones I met when I walked in the door. They were very welcoming and professional. Told them my issue and dropped the truck off. This was on a Monday at lunch. By Tuesday at 10am I got a call stating my truck was apart and they gave me a list of parts and cost. They got my issue fixed quickly. absolute Best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. Great communication and upfront with cost. Top notch customer service true professionals. This is the only place I will take my diesel for repair.

I just had 2 major engine repair jobs done by Cross Diesel Repair in the past 4 months. I can not say enough about the service,quality, and kindness of the entire staff there!!! They really care about the quality of job they are putting out! James and the entire crew did a fabulous job for me!

They made a bad situation doable. Truck broke down on the way to Florida. Properly diagnosed the problem, only did what needed done. The Mechanic that worked on my truck (Chris) did good work, and stuck around in a Friday night to get me on the road. Great service, work, and very fair on the price. Hope I never need them again, but would not hesitate to use, or recommend them.

Cross Diesel was there for us. 150 miles away from Cross Diesel Shop with engine force ECM shutdown.James, Service Writer at Cross made every effort to get us going over the phone at no charge. By 2nd shift diesel tech Chris reached out to check on us, gave us his cell, text us manufacturers diagram,offered James cellular just in case of emergency. We spoke with many authorized, qualified,engine shops before Cross Diesel,We drove right pass them. Diagnostic tools could only get so far. James's experience, and knowledge save us from on going diagnostic costs. 35 years in transportation never have I seen such determination.

Literally the most helpful people , traveling and had a tire issue stopped to ask for a tool and they ended up fixing the lug nuts for me. Super friendly people 10/10! Absolutely went above and beyond and out of their way

I am a Canadian traveller' who vacations quite often in Florida. My wife and l were travellng home from a month (October 2022) of sun and fun and we were towing our HarleyDavidson 2020 Road Glide on a open alumina trailer. We were northbound on hwy 75 North when we ran over some serious indentations in the road the last one caused our bike to fall over on its side. Luckily we got to pull off at the next exit and we stopped along curb of exit. After about 10 minutes of trying to get the 1000 lb. Bike up with no success a Pickup with a lone man (Kentucky plates) assisted us to get bike upright and in chock. The man noticed the one metal tube had broke on the chock. Thanks to that unknown Kentucky man helping. He then suggested we go up to the Cross Diesel repair to see if they would have some straps. We drove to Cross Desel repair and we were treated royally. Glenn Thompson and all the employees assisted us immediately dealing with our problem. They welded the broken chock and then assisted me moving the rear of the bike back over so it was centered on bike. The charges were minimal and the people working there made us feel we were dealing with people we had known all our lives. We would recomend this place to anyone.

I was broke down in Lexington, KY I couldn’t find a shop near me to get me in I gave these guys a call and they were able to get me in the next day and replace both of my rear ends.

Excellent service from Cross Diesel got my driver mirror knocked off the tech went and picked up the mirror and put it on under 30 min

Joe is a knowledgeable mechanic, and he provided excellent customer service. Cross Diesel Repair was actually the second company we called and Joe diagnosed the problem within minutes when the technician from the other company was totally stumped. When it turned out that the part needed for the truck was on back order and we couldn't get it 4 days he recommended a hotel and gave us transportation to and from the hotel.
They are conveniently located in the back lot behind Nobels Fuel Truck Stop at 1065 Owenton Rd, Corinth, KY 41010.
They will probably recommend Candido's Heavy Duty Towing & Recovery, but Roberts Heavy Duty Towing, Inc was $100 cheaper.

These guys are the real deal. They are honest professionals who care about customer service. I felt welcomed, and confident the work would be done right the first time. They worked me in for an oil and fuel filter change on my diesel pickup truck while I was on vacation. I have had oil changes done all around the country and some of them lacked the attention to detail and keeping everything clean. These guys were very thorough and keep everything spotless. If you live in the area or if you are just passing through, this is the place to go for all your diesel repair needs.

They had to tow my 2002 Ford F-350 from Lexington, took a couple weeks to sort out some massive brake issues, but cared a great deal about the quality of their repairs. Diesels are not cheap to repair and this was a big job, but they did their very best to help me out on costs. Would use again.

This shop is awesome. The gentleman who run and work on the trucks are all very nice and good at their jobs. I had to have my truck towed there, it was found that I had to get some major work done they were able to pinpoint the problem with the truck pretty quickly. They were thorough with the repair, the truck is running smooth now and I’m back on the road. I appreciate these gentlemen if I’m ever in the area, I’ll definitely take it back there to them.

We had an axle issue on travel trailer as soon as we arrived at the Kentucky Horse Park. CDR was busy but they were able come out quickly. Dealt with Jared and he couldn't have been better. He was very professional, honest and just plain nice. If all their mobile techs are as good as he was I see why they are busy. The job he did was great and just what we needed.

If you want quality work with a timely manner this is the place to go! The rate is great too. They have top notch mechanics, they dont just throw parts on like most places do, they diagnose thoroughly and fix whats wrong. Will also let you know if they find anything else along the way. Hard to find a shop like this anymore. I bring my trucks from Illinois for them to work on them just because I know I can walk away with confidence that it was done right.

Highly recommend this company. My engine light was coming on and I called for road service. The owner sent a mechanic out the same day. Mechanic was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Cross Diesel for anyone who needs top quality Diesel Mechanic that will get you up and running again.

Great bunch of guys. Very knowledgeable... Broke down was from out of town. Called cross diesel took my truck found out I had a cracked head. This guy's did a full inflame, new head, new injectors and more. Work was done in a timely fashion with fair pricing. 4th work out back to work and no issues! Thanks cross diesel. It's been over a year an my truck still runs great absolutely no issues..thanks

These guys are awesome !! My truck started giving me issues right before I got to their exit and while I was on the side of the exit ramp their parts guy stopped and offered me a hand but I thought I was ok but he told me where their shop was located if I needed them. So I did need them. I arrived to the shop and the one bald guy with the salt and pepper beard name is James knew what it was right off !!! Parts guy have me a ride to the hotel and the service writer picked me up after they were done with my truck. Came back 3 days later after all the snow and ice and luckily a mechanic was there on a Sunday. My trailer brakes were frozen and he let me use his tools to get me back going. I will return if I’m in this area again !! Thanks you guys !!!!

Dropped a fuel tank on a 2004 Ford F-250 while pulling my 5th wheel. Guy's set me up in there parking lot ordered the parts and had me back on the road in a couple of days. Great work very professional.
