I love the Canton location of Badcock furniture!! They’re always quick to respond when I call, the website is easy to navigate and doesn’t bounce around like some other websites. Checkout was simple and easy. And the variety at the store and on the website is always great!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent experience with Amber at Badcock in Canton! I needed a recliner with a remote for my big and tall hubby URGENTLY because he was having right shoulder surgery and wouldn't be able to use a lever or button on the right side. Within a few days, she had found the one I saw on their site, had it sent to their store so I could sign and pay for it locally, and had it delivered to our house! She worked magic for us and I will definitely check with them again for future furniture wants and needs! Thanks to Amber and also to the super-nice delivery guys!

I have purchased before and I went back again and I’m so happy that “Amber” the sales associate was still there! Very happy!!! Amber once again took her time with me and was very patient. I love how she would give me examples on some of the pieces that I was undecided on and finally made my decision to get what I really wanted. Staff is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. My wife has multiple sclerosis and was trying out recliners. I looked over and the manager was sitting next to her and they were just talking and laughing. Very caring staff!

We had a very positive experience (after being ignored at a competitor ) Amber in the Canton Ga store helped my elderly mom find just the right recliner she needed to be able to sleep in as well as relax . (she had purchased from you before) Amber also suggested a side table on sale we needed . The delivery was the same day ! Excellent customer service and great pricing .Thank you .

They were helpful on the phone with my first point of contact. I told them that it would be after work when I got there. I entered and was greeted, helped with the appliance I needed and had looked at on website. Also got me an affordable payment w/ added insurance. Delivery was scheduled for next week and was an awesome way to end my day.

Brittany was awesome answering all my questions and concerns about the electric lift chair recliner for my mother.
Shopped around didn't find a better deal on an immediate available in stock chair.
Purchase was fast and easy. Delivery was excellent. Drivers kept in contact and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

I have owned two bedroom suits with Badcock! My first experience went great I worked with a young lady name Talma who was amazing! I also worked with her on my second purchase but unfortunately the Cartersville location took over my account because of where I moved. The purchasing process with Talma went great, on the other hand its been 2 months a Cartersville has still yet to deliver all my furniture. Every time I call them its a different story and they cant seem to get it together. Contacting the Canton location again I got Talma who jumped into action and took over and worked on getting my furniture delivered even though another location is at fault! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Canton Location with Talma!

We purchased our living room and dining room furniture with Badcock after shopping around at 4 other places. They had what we were looking for and definitely the best price. We did have a slight issue with our order, but with a phone call and some understanding they were able to resolve the issue. Great prices and customer service.

The most enjoyable, non stress shopping experience I have had in a long time. No pressure walked through entire store, stopped and chatted with Amber about different sofas, chairs and rugs. Sat and tested different chairs and sofas, and never felt any pressure to purchase. How enjoyable, and the prices...unbeatable. We are now customers for life. Best experience ever.

This process was easier than expected. Filled out the app online however, I have victim fraud alert on my credit bureaus so I believe that is why there was a delay in verifying my identity. Which took about 40min wait but, the staff was very friendly and reassuring the whole time. I am in the building stage of my credit and was still approved for a l shaped leather sectional and a huge bar height table with 6 chairs. My payment is very reasonable as well. I would definitely do this again! The prices aren’t that bad I do reccomend checking them out around big holidays.

From the first moment I met them, anytime I have any type of home or office furniture need, they have always been very, eager to rise to the challenge and have always exceeded my expectations.

It was good. Greg helped us and was very knowledgeable. Only problem we had really was a lot of the furniture we liked was on backorder and not available for 2 weeks . We found one we both agreed on though.
