Hands down the best laundry mat. Cleanest building. Cleanest machines. And the couches/kid play area/tables are always clean and it's always warm inside!

Very happy with this pleasant and CLEAN laundromat! Each time we come here there are plenty of machines available, and there is always someone around cleaning/maintaining the place who is willing to drop what they’re doing to help should the need arise. Being able to use cards on the machines is super easy and convenient too.

Changing to a five star review- based on immediate response to my concern. I just found out my doorbell isn't working. My dog - who ALWAYS lets me know if someone is at the door, must have dropped the ball that day. (Regarding earlier complaint about laundry being left on porch.)

This is the best place to do laundry. The manager Cindy does an excellent job making sure everything good. Highly recommend!

What I love about this laundromat over others is that it is spacious. I can actually move around and I'm not bumping into 132 people. It's great.

This is the best laundromat I have been too! I feel safe as it is well-lit and staff is on-site. The staff are friendly, helpful and hard working. You will always see someone cleaning the floors or the machines and the place is spotless. I feel confident to wash my clothes in clean and upgraded machines. And, I don’t have to worry about getting coins anymore because the machines also accept credit cards!

Such a great experience here... The prices are great and the machines are superb 👍 There's a staff member named Jasmine who is the absolute best!! So friendly and helpful 😊 I love coming here, I've had some very negative experiences with other laundry mats but Queen City Laundry is always clean, affordable and kind of a quiet relaxing environment. The works are so on top of keeping the machines clean and sanitized..I definitely recommend Queen City Laundry above all other laundry mats! 😊

This is one of the cleanest, we’ll maintained laundromat I have ever seen. All the machines work - they are cleaned thoroughly daily. Couches. Tables. Kids area. Vending machines. And A TV. Just a nice place to do your laundry.

Clean and empty. The prices are really good. I was in and out in no time. This location opens at 7 and closes at 9pm daily. There are plenty of oversized washers and dryers to choose from for your laundry needs

They have large washers and dryers. As you can see a full grown man can easily fit into their smallest dryer.

This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to. My apartment has washers and dryers available but I’d much rather drive a few minutes just to do my laundry there. It’s really clean, if you need stuff readily available, if my son is with me he is occupied, the machines are amazing (I love the 80lb ones), and the workers are so friendly !

Quiet, clean and staff are always polite. Plenty of washers of all sizes and dryers. Some prices little higher than close to my house but about the same when I can do a smaller load for cheaper so I love it.

This laundromat is immaculately clean. The GM, Marlene is always moving around cleaning everything from the entry carpet to the machines. I used a dryer right after someone who had something that stained. Some of my towels ended up being stained. Marlene scoured the dryer and found the issue. She immediately cleaned it up, spot treated my towels, washed, and dried them. She gave me no pushback that it was my fault. Excellent customer service by Marlene. Excellent facility!
