This is a good comic book shop. Upon entry we were greeted by the owner, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well-organized but all the space is used so it has a somewhat cluttered look. I like exploring stores like this because you never know know what you'll find. In addition to comic books, there are action figures, books, videos, posters, and other related collectibles. Comic book selection was quite good from modern books back to the bronze age with a smattering of older books. Inventory seemed to be limited to books around $10 or less but selection and prices were very good. No wall books to speak of and not much older than 1970 but selection of comic books from the 70s, 80s, and 90s was very good. If you are looking for something specific, it may be most efficient to just ask for help, because the comics are organized a bit oddly. First, by company, then by whether or not a long continuous run. For example, Marvel, DC, and Independents are all separated, and then within each, limited series are separated and all comics that didn't have long significant runs are separated into "Misc." boxes. I found this time consuming to browse and would have preferred everything to just be alphabetized by title as the Overstreet Guide lists them. Prices were very good though and selection was also very good although many key books had been picked--probably because of the low prices. When you visit--and you should--bring cash because they don't take plastic!

Had been wanting to make it out here for a while & finally did. Drove 35 minutes to get there when the store opened & they had a sign on the door saying they were not opening until 2pm on that day specifically. I guess I could have called ahead but didn't think I'd need to. Anyway, looks like they have some cool stuff but I'll have to update this when I can actually get inside.
