Connie was incredibly nice and patient, taking the time to understand exactly what my soon to be bride was looking for and guiding us through their exquisite collection. Her professionalism and warmth made the whole experience delightful. Whether you know exactly what you want or need some expert advice, Connie is the go-to jeweler. I must say.. What a pleasant experience. I went to this location to shop for an engagement ring. I left there with an impression that will last a lifetime. Connie was super sweet and knowledgeable. She helped me navigate through this process and took away any worry I walked in the door with. Her reassurance in their process and explaining things step by step that have gained our business for a lifetime. I can't thank Connie and her manager enough for helping me through such an important milestone in my life.

Kays in Woodstock Ga at the outlet mall is a fantastic store and I this is the only place I will shop for jewelry. If you are in the market for jewelry, this is the place to do business! I bought a ring with a warranty and one of my diamonds came out. I was 6 days past my inspection period for the ring, so it should have cost me money to fix it. The Store Manager Jessica Angles was nice enough to take care of my ring with no additional charge. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciate all of her help and I will continue to shop there. Great job!

I was helped by Branden at the Woodstock location. He was EXCELLENT! I was very indecisive and tried on SEVERAL rings and even when I found the ring that I loved I still took forever to make a final decision. He was extremely patient with me. Great experience!

John was so helpful! He talked to me and my fiancé for a long time about the style ring I wanted and helped us learn about payment options and make a wishlist. He even helped my fiancée look at different necklaces, and to top it off…. It looks like he might be the reason my man gets his nose piercing I’ve been begging him to get for 3 years! Lol. He was awesome and personable and made us feel comfortable and he was knowledgeable about all the inventory, like brands and designers and prices! We will be back in May for that day he told us about and be back for our rings for our special day! THANKS JOHN!!!!

Branden done an amazing job at helping us and was very dedicated to me and my wife and helping us find and purchase our forever wedding rings. Me and my wife live over 4 hours away from this particular store but would gladly drive back to do business with them and have Branden help us!!!

Connie is always so warm and welcoming. She’s very knowledgeable and ready to help with any questions you may have. I had to have my ring resized after I initially chose a size too big and she was more then happy to take the time to make sure I found the size that was just right for me.

Branden was an absolute GEM. His service was phenomenal. He was so quick to help my figure out what I wanted to get my partner for Christmas. He was very informational

WOW…. So my original ring had 6 stones fall out and went back repair and repair. Finally the shop deemed it defective and I was able to trade out my ring. Luckily I had the warranty so all was covered. Connie and Branden made my night when I got to exchange my ring. We went through my options and found a ring I am so in love with. The two of them were extremely nice and helped me find what I love!! Definitely a happy customer. P.S. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR WARRANTY AND KEEP IT UP WITH YOUR 6 MONTH INSPECTIONS!!!
