I couldn’t wait to write this review, I contacted this bank in hopes I’d find answers that my current bank didn’t take the time to listen too. I was never on hold and I got answers immediately. Vanessa set me up with a gentleman named Josh, who took the time to let me ask explain my business circumstances and explained to me my options and is also going to look further into it and call me back.
I do not bank with them, they treated me with so much respect, the kind of respect you would think a bank would have for a customer who has banked with them 25+ years. Way to go Vanessa and Josh! You all really proved how well your banks are ran and how well you treat people. I look forward to doing buisness with you all!

I have been with Axiom for a little over a year. I have had no issue at all. My banking is made simple because I visit Walmart a lot and they are right there. Very simple to deal with. I don't have anything to say bad about them.
