From check in to loaded less than 2 hours! Not to mention i checked in at 10am for a 1300 appt! I was loaded and gone! Great experience for me...Thanks

Kent got me in and out, he even staying past his lunch to do my coworkers trailer. Usually in the past this place was slow but he’s telling me they have a new system on how they’re doing live loading and unloading

Very good place to load out of. They are very friendly and fast. The lady that checked me in (Shamirah) was friendly and helpful. Need more like her.

Go to staging area first. At the stop sign just before the gate turn left. It will be on your right. Call the number posted. They sign your bills on your way in. Dock and leave on green light. No need to check out. In and out in 45 minutes

SUPER FAST LOADING. IN AND OUT IN 30 MINUTES

I having arrived on Saturday after 1500hrs and need to return back on Sunday at 0700, but they unloaded me in less than 40min.
My appointment was for Saturday with an open window until 2300hrs, but they close at 1500, so my dispatcher will have to pay me layover because the error was not from Americold.

I was scared when I read these reviews. I arrived on a Saturday after 5. Was told to come back between 7-12 the next day. When I came back I was unloaded before 8:15 am on a Sunday. Thank you!

Receiving hours 7am to 1 am. Very quick unload for me, backed in to dock slide ypur tandems and they will bring ur paperwork to you.

Beautiful young lady at the guard house was very helpful and nice. Explained everything I needed to do because it was my first time delivering here. Unloaded in about an hour. Great place I will definitely load to here again.

2 nd time here.I had a next day 7 am appointment . Got in at 21:00 , so 10 hours before my appointment, straight at the door and out at 22:30.
Someone told me that In fact they receive FCFS , till 22:00.

Guy at the guard shack was extremely nice and accommodating. Got there late because my 01 had me waiting for a whole day nd a half. I was in nd out on about 4 hrs.

Get on the UberEats app and order a meal delivered to your truck, take a nap. You'll be here for a while. Guardshack is empty at night, when you get the green light on your door and it's late at night, go to the main building to get your bills back [door at the front of the building by the workers outside lounge area, then go right into the workers inside lounge, left into that hallway, receiving/shipping window on the right]

If you're parking facing away from the facility you may have to get back on the interstate for about 5 miles to get turned around to come back, keep that in mind. Room for about 4-5 trucks on either side of the street leading up to the facility, and a few more spots on the intersecting street closest to the facility.

Awesome experience! Unloaded earlier than expected! Guard attendant was super friendly and unloaders were the best I’ve ever seen. Thank you guys for taking care of us!

You should know what expect they move thousands of product all day and night I been in dock door for hours and I go back twice a week I understand what's going on just go in the cooler there is hundreds if not thousands of boxes and pallets that has to be stored before a new truck is loaded or unloaded

Usually fast no touch. No overnight parking. Tralier is loaded or unloaded inside so you don't have to open the doors.

Yes!!! They're gonna take a while to get to me so it's time to break out the foreman grill and cook dinner while watching Netflix. Love this place. It's like a break while working!!!
