Daytona Perennial Vacation Club

The place is very nice & extremely clean, management goes above and beyond & treats you like family.. The staff is extremely friendly & make you feel welcome & are always smiling 😁.The property and rooms are very clean !!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Love the view from room (206) at all times of the day! (Even though the sunrise is our beach view. the sunset is still lovely.)
Worth sacrificing space from our usual 2 bedroom for the studio (we booked too late.) Studio is like a hotel room (queen bed & queen sleeper sofa) with a minimal mini kitchen. Place is nice & very clean. Has COLD A/C. Has a give and take library and game selection to borrow from in the main lobby. Parking is tricky, but every place off of the beach is!
Staff is absolutely amazing!!!
Can’t wait for next summer’s visit when the pool & beach access repairs will be finished from the last hurricane.

*we opted to stay on “our beach” and take a chance viewing fireworks on the 4th of July. So glad we didn’t fight the crowds on the boardwalk. We saw lots of fireworks up and down the beach. We could even see the county fireworks from the boardwalk/Joe Crab Shack’s pier (husband said it was too far and he needed to “hear” the booms.)

The pool and beach access was closed due to the hurricane back in September but they still had chairs and tables you could access which was great. They also had ideas of other places for us to check out so we still had a great time.

At first glance it doesn't look like much on the outside, but the unit I stayed in was absolutely great. A full kitchen, living room, dining area multiple tvs, big comfy bed, extra pillows and blankets you name it! Would definitely recommend 👌

We just finished our 8th trip to Perennial at Daytona Beach Shores and have already booked next year’s trip. It’s not a luxury hotel, but Perennial is where we will keep coming back to - every unit we’ve stayed in here, has had all that we needed with a full kitchen, room for the whole family and beautiful common areas by the pool. Best part of a week here is definitely Oscar, Miriam and their staff — we’ve never had an issue they couldn’t immediately take care of.

My wife and I recently stayed at Daytona Perennial Vacation Club! We had a wonderful time! The refreshing pool is surrounded by beautiful tiki hut cabanas and lovely landscaped island sections with outdoor grilling stations! This awesome resort is located right on the ocean giving opportunities for both pool and beach/sand activities and enjoyment! The rooms are beautifully decorated with all of the amenities to make you feel "at home"! In addition to all of these wonderful features, the greatest compliment that we can give Daytona Perennial Vacation Club is the tremendous service, dedication, and care for their resort guests! The resort team under the superb leadership of Oscar Rodriquez and Myriam Torres goes above and beyond making sure your every need is met and your stay is an awesome experience! We highly recommend Daytona Perennial Vacation Club . . . "Can't wait for our next visit"!

We had a amazing time... All the staff was very friendly and helpful, I would absolutely recommend to family and friends, the room had plenty of space the beds were huge and we had plenty of blankets pillows and towels there was wifi and cable on 2 flat screen tvs also 2 balconies over looking the ocean (amazing view) fully stocked kitchen with dishes pots and pans cups wine glasses and all utensils and tools needed to cook , there's also a pool with many umbrella tables and chairs with beach access from the pool deck, was very peaceful and comfortable.... The laundry room lady was very nice and helpful also the maintenance man and the front desk lady made our stay stress free ..... (I'm horrible with names) can't wait to go back
