Alex, a young man who helped me the other day in the store to find several items fast (of course in the middle of a project) was top notch! His expertise with carpentry was invaluable! He was patient, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Best service I’ve had in the store, and I’ve always felt all the staff do their best and go out of their way to help customers. Alex is a keeper!

Needed some Open House signs in a pench so I called a head. Sure enough they answered my call and checked to make sure they had what I needed. I was in and out in just a few minutes without being late for the open house. Thank you Ace Hardware.

I’ve been going to this Ace hardware store for the last five years, while working on my partner’s 100 year old house here at Daytona Beach side. The staff at the store are absolutely unbelievable, super helpful and always willing to help you get the bits and pieces, tools or whatever else you need for your project. They are my go-to hardware store without a doubt, and yesterday while in the store I found the ultimate tool that I need to clean up a lot of the “stuff” that I encounter not only in my house, but in life in general. Trust Ace to come up with everything to get the job done 😀
And why didn’t I think of this?? 😆

Great place with a good selection of hardware and things needed for projects. Friendly, nice amount of employees to help if you need help finding what you need. ⚒

I went in to store and was greeted immediately and asked if i needed help. I gave the employee my list and he got all of it for me and explained to me how to use the wall patch repair materials in detail. I went home and did what he said to do and i successfully repaired my wall. What a refreshing experience to get great knowledgeable customer service!

If you want a dog bowl or a bird feeder, you can find it there. If you want spray paint, a key made, or a 4 x 4. You can find it there. The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. It's Ace. What else do I need to say.

Fantastic customer service. It was my first time in the store and the gentleman was so helpful. I needed a ring terminal and he not only led me right to them but we had a great chat about electrical projects. SO impressed with the service!

The store manager went above and beyond his normal duties to make me happy. Especially on a BLACK FRIDAY shopping weekend. Thanks for helping me fix my hose / spickett situation...

As soon as you walk in you a greeted by an associate and they are ready to assist with locating items in the store., answer questions about projects. Duplicate keys, steam cleaner and pressure washer rental by the day. Employees also mix paint and have a small outdoor garden center. This store is somewhat pricey but the convince of not having to travel west all the way out by the interstate.

Very friendly & helpful! Contractor working on my condo told me specific materials & caulking, etc he needed. I was searching and gentleman asked if he could help me find something. When I provided my list, 2 employees helped me locate items. Ladies at checkout also very friendly. Yes, a little higher than Walmart on some items, but easy parking, fast checkout, assistance, & advice when needed is worth it.

This is an absolutely treiffic store from selection (anything you need always in stock !!!) to brilliant customer service and thats just the begining. You need help locating an item? a certian soecial color paint? you need it delivered ?? If you can dream it these associates will find it get from another store even delliver it on their way home from work (off the clock)!!! Its all because of their employees without them obviously the the store would not operate with the level of quality that it does.. Grat job Guys !!!

Always come here when possible. Their prices are competitive and is a locally owned business. They sell taste of the wild dog food which is usually my reason to visit. Friendly staff. Clean shop.

Well staffed with friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable employees. Competitive pricing with the convenience of a neighborhood hardware store. This particular Ace Hardware store has never disappointed me with their service.

This store has a "no returns on tools" policy, which differs from the Ace corporate policy. I can tell you, that even though the manager on duty has discretion to waive this policy on a case by case basis, they are adamant about enforcing it. Even on an unopened $4 item bought yesterday. Caveat emptor.

I was recently in the Daytona Beach Shores Ace Hardware to pick up some cleaning supplies for my new business and met a gentleman named Ryan he went above beyond on taking the time not only to help me with what I originally came in for but he took the time to talk to me about a personal issue I was having and I left there feeling better than when I walked in. I will never shop Lowes or Home depot ever again. Thank you Ryan and Ace Hardware I will be back.

Love this place. While they don't carry "everything" they have had what I needed everytime. This place has a mom and pop feeling and there is always help finding stuff.

the prices may be higher than the big box stores but you just can't beat the customer service. I would have spent all day in Lowe's looking for the small little screw I needed
