Alessandro's Italian Cafe & Pizzeria

The staff at this location were so incredibly kind and accommodating. I went with my dad tonight and was unaware that the policy was to stop seating at 7:30 (they close at 8, we thought it was later) but when we arrived at 7:39 they insisted that we stay and dine in. Both the manager and the server were incredibly kind and insistent that we take our time and enjoy our meal even after we asked numerous times if they need us to take our meal to go so they could close. The food was amazing as usual and the staff was as wonderful as I remembered from all the great experiences I had coming here with my family when I was a child. I could not recommend this place enough and thanks again for the incredible dining experience with the best staff around. :)

Small. Nothing fancy. Perfect for meeting a friend for lunch. They have phenomenal pizza. The rest of the menu also looked good. The prices were really reasonable too! We both had a giant slice of pizza (with some toppings) and water to drink, and it was ALL around $7.00 total!

Wish I could give 10 stars. Our waitress was awesome. The food was outstanding. I've been to several Italian restaurants in several states and this by far is the best. Wish I could taste everything on the menu. Will be back! It's worth the hours drive for me.

What a gem! We found this place during a quest for pizza slices. So delish and much more! Five stars isn't high enough of a ranking for service. Everything we had was yummy! Highly recommend

We have ordered takeout from here multiple times and enjoyed everything we ordered. The service is polite and timely, and we appreciate that they wear masks during these times. I recommend one of the alfredos, like the lobster one posted here. We will be back for more again soon!

Wow! What a great find! Came here to eat with family and what an awesome choice! It's a small place but we were seated and waited on immediately. Our server, Amber, put up with all our questions with a smile and gave us top notch service the whole time. The food was fantastic! I especially lived the fried zucchini/eggplant chips! Light and crisp and oh so good with the horseradish sauce. I could only eat about a quarter of my stromboli but took the rest home to enjoy later. HIGHLY recommend this place!!

We ordered four entrees, a wedge salad and four desserts for pickup, and WOW. Everything was amazing! Generous, tasty portions, and every dessert was fantastic!

Best Italian food around!! Everything from the pizza, pasta, salads, and bread is Amazing! My personal favorite is there clams in white wine sauce. I’ve never had better anywhere.

This place is amazing! The Alfredo is magnifico. Wait staff are very polite and attentive. If you’re in the North Georgia area, slide on over to Bells Ferry Rd in Canton and give this place a go!

This is the second time we have eaten here and this place makes me homesick for New York! The chicken parmesan is like i'm eating in Brooklyn reminiscent of the 60s! Chystal was our server tonight and she was amazing and so attentive! The food is always fresh and so delicious! You can bring your own bottle of wine or beer here and they dont charge you a pour fee. I feel like im back in Carnesie again! ❤Oh and do yourself a favor and get the canolis they are fresh and fantastic!

Went for a wedding food tasting and Brandon was superb. Crazy good food. That Alfredo sauce was the best I've ever had and I've been all over Italy. Can't wait for the wedding and I know everyone is going to love the food. Sorry for the terrible picture but I couldn't put down the fork long enough to take a pic while the food was still there!

I was skeptical at first but after a recommendation from a friend, I had to try it. Excellent food and service!

I went to Alessandros Italian Cafe and Pizzeria yesterday and it has been my second time back. Amazing Italian food and incredible service. Did I forget to say you also can byob.... If you want authentic Italian food this is the place for you in Canton! I highly recommend visiting if you are looking for amazing food!

The food was amazing! Everyone ordered a different thing on the menu just so we can all share. The staff the atmosphere everything was a perfect evening with friends. Also took the wife there for our 15th year anniversary.

Had the veal Parmesan hero. It was very good. The staff was amazing. Great prices.

I tried the grilled vegetable salad with chicken and it was delicious and they sometimes use iceberg lettuce which I don’t like.

Really enjoyed my first dinner at Alessandro's. The pizza was everything pizza should be. I loved the Hot Cherry Peppers. Can't wait for the day I can take the family back for a sitdown dinner.
