Selena is such a kind employee! We told her what we wanted but that we didn't know what type of car we wanted. She picked out the perfect car for us and we immediately fell in love with it, didn't need or want to look at anything else! Highly recommend speaking with Selena for any car needs you may have. Very friendly, feel like we've known her for years after just a few hours.

The entire Canton Nissan staff was friendly and fun. They helped turn a very stressful experience into a delightful trip. Including the random guy who played air drums to the music and pulled out a full sandwich from his pocket. Forever known as Pocket Sandwich guy!

I highly recommend Cherokee County Nissan. Our salesman, Wesley, was great. He was not high pressure. Of course, he wanted to make a sale, but he listened and respected our thoughts and positions. He worked hard to get us a great deal. The Sales Manger, Rob, was also outstanding. He made the place feel more like a throw back old school small town dealer who values and enjoys interacting with his customers. He came out to chat with us on a number of occasions throughout our visit and has come out to visit with us on subsequent visits to the dealer even after we made our purchase. Finally, the finance process was also a breeze. Rob in finance (different from the Sales Manager) was also respectful of our thoughts and made the process a breeze. Go to Cherokee County Nissan if you want a good deal, great treatment, and a dealer who makes you feel valued!

We had a great experience at Cherokee County Nissan! We rolled in late on a Friday night and never felt rushed or like we were delaying their closing. Our salesman Colin Bunting was amazingly helpful and very knowledgeable of the inventory. The sales manager, Rob, went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with our experience. Our finance man, Juan Olen, worked with us until we were satisfied. Everyone took really great care of us and made us feel like family! We will remember this as an excellent example of customer service!! Way to go team!!

I had a very pleasant experience buying my new truck at Cherokee County Nissan yesterday. I do believe that every person that worked there said hey to my wife and I while we were there. Very friendly folks, real laid back and there to help with questions and concerns.

I had an appointment with Selena at 11am that started with a firm handshake and ended with a sincere hug just a couple hours later. She was so easy to work with and we just bonded from the start. On The test drive we were yakking like we were old friends.

After working with Selena we met Juan in finance and he made it so easy to take care of all the paperwork necessary to complete the deal. Just a good ole down to earth guy with no pressure whatsoever.

Selena made sure to introduce me to Mak in the service department and as we walked back there several other workers smiled and said hey.

This is our 3rd vehicle from this location and the service has ALWAYS been top notch! They make me feel like family in sales and service! I hadn’t planned on purchasing until March, but Colin and Rob worked with us and for us to ensure we received exactly what we wanted. We have had two major issues since October of 2023, transmission and engine, requiring many visits to the dealership to repair the car. It was a very frustrating experience made bearable only by our service advisor, Bryan Walker. We are thankful that we had Bryan as our service advisor, he is always helpful and encouraging. We weren't just a customer with a problem to get in and out but he always treated us with professionalism, courtesy and respect. As an added bonus he was kind, caring and understanding. We will always ask for Bryan when we need any service on our vehicle.

They handled a Service Bulletin for my Pro 4x and did a great job. Bristol was very helpful and even talked shop about our Pro 4x's. Very happy with all my experiences thus far with this dealership.
