SKECHERS Factory Outlet

This was my first time at The Sketchers Factory Store. I was not sure what to expect. I have had issues with my knees and a friend of mine wears the micro-burst, she has the same issue as I do. I was looking around at the different styles & associate Emily asked me if I needed help finding anything. She was absolutely amazing, patient & went out of her way to climb up and down the ladder with a smile on her face to help me find what I was looking for. Not only did I find one pair but left with 2. LOL Wish I had this kind of customer service at other stores. You can tell she really loves her job & it shows. She also was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and ask for Emily every time. Oh & I will call ahead to make sure she is working.

I went yesterday in a hurry to find a new pair of shoes for work which I had to be at in 2 hours. I walked in talked to Emily and she walked around the entire store with me helping me find me the right shoes. Well thankfully we found the right ones. Emily thank you so much for all your help. I love these shoes!

Emily was wonderful to help me find the shoes that I was looking for. Unlike others that just stood behind the counter talking instead of offering to help. She was very friendly and full of suggestions. I will continue shopping this location as long as she is there!

In my experience with being in the store, I had such an amazing experience with Armando. He was literally so delightful with his customer service. I was stressing out about finding shoes for a concert that's coming up, and he was a HUGE help with helping me find my shoes for the concert. I literally can't thank him enough for being patient with me. If you're going to this store, be sure that Armando is there to help you. He's literally the best! :)

Great store. Always changing out their inventory. Very nice shoes at a very nice price.

It's a good store great selection of Skechers and the girl that works there is named Emily she's awesome if you want friendly people that want to help you with your shoes Emily and the other staff that work there very very nice

I had the best experience here Armando helped me with everything I needed he was very helpful with sizing, picking out a shoe, and checkout. I’ll be back just to have him help me.

My husband and I were here on Friday looking for some shoes we saw in an ad. We were greeted as we entered the building from a nice young lady with blonde hair. She was able to order a pair from online and got a pair in store. We were able to use the BOGO, now that's a steal! We came back a few hours later to order a few more shoes from online with her and got the BOGO IN STORE! Saved us alot of money. She was a pleasure, wish we got her name!! We will be back to shop with the kids for the school season!

Came in here for some shoes because i have foot problems. I didn’t know I would actually come out with some. The manager named krista made me feel comfortable and confident about the shoes. It showed how she cares about her job.They’re feeling great so far.

Great service and employees willing to go above and beyond. Couldn't find my size in a specific shoe type, so the male employee ordered it from another store to be shipped directly to my home. Was delivered the next day.
