Each time I come to this facility it is always extremely clean, all of the employees are extremely helpful, kind and informative. Beverly at the front desk and Sheila in imaging are so polite and helpful!!! This facility & staff hands down is one of the best places I’ve visited!!! Thank you Beverly and Sheila for making my experience memorable!!!

Jeanette was extremely kind and patient with us both. My husband is almost completely blind. She helped him sign papers and complete his payment. She then led him up to the third floor while I had x-rays on the first floor. She went above and beyond.

My diagnostic mammogram was made so much easier by the warm and kind x-ray technician. She carefully explained each step of what she would be doing and put my mind at easy. The radiologist was so patient, calm and reassuring with all of his findings. To be treated so compassionately is rare these days. Thank you for all that you do at this fabulous facility

Great experience @ Wellstar OBGYN. Offices were clean and the staff was funny and nice. In and out within 35 minutes!

Appointment was on time. Went to get lab work and only took 15-20 minutes to have that completed. Was a great experience.

My experience today was incredibly comfortable and easy. The staff was gentle kind and efficient and they gave us free water bottles in the waiting room.

I had to take my 13yr old daughter who was not feeling well! The entire staff was so nice and patient, they checked us in, brought her back and took such excellent care of her. Dr Matthew Austin was her physician! He listened, diagnosed her quickly (it ended up being strep) and was very kind. The entire experience was 5 star!!! We will definitely be back if we need to make another trip to an urgent care.

Recently ended up in Urgent Care needing treatment for an issue my toddler was having. BY far one of the nicest urgent care centers I've ever seen. The building is newer construction and it shows. Extremely clean, comfortable, well staffed with almost zero waiting time. The nurses amd front desk staff were wonderful with my friendly, firecracker toddler. She was seen quickly, handled with care and provided exceptional treatment. I felt like my concerns were heard, they're diagnosis and follow up treatment plan paved the way for a successful and speedy recovery as well. Excellent experience.

I have needed the physical therapy services offered at this Wellstar location several times in recent years. I must say this is a group of most knowledgeable physical therapist you will ever want or need. There exist a degree of professional ism here that you will not find elsewhere!
The facility itself is quite large and comfortable with every type of equipment you will ever need to make a physical recovery from your injury or condition.
I would highly recommend if you are in the need of these services to ask your medical provider to send you to this wonderful Wellstar location to recover…..

This was my first visit to WS Holly Springs and I absolutely adored all the staff. They were all so pleasant, professional and all around great people. If I had 10 stars, I would give this location a ‘10’. Extra special thanks to Dr Aldridge and the OB/GYN staff for their quality of care. Many blessings to you all!

Donna in the mammogram department was excellent. She was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I learned more with her in 5 minutes than others have explained to me ever!

Always greeted with kindness by all the healthcare workers from the moment you walk in til the moment you leave. Went in for a lab visit and all who were waiting were offered water by a staff member. Above and beyond my expectations. I am happy that this is my primary healthcare location. Highly recommend!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful, from the first floor to the third. My doctor and nurses are very knowledgeable and informative and I can tell they want the best thing for me, and work to get it as fast as they can.

While sitting outside the building waiting for my husband to finish PT and enjoying the waterfall behind me, Ed came out with a Bottled water, a smile, and a nice conversation!!! After my husband finished his session, we were sitting at the waterfall, chatting and out comes Ed with a water for my husband, another smile and a conversation...and luckily he was with us when a Mom and Son drove up. He got a transport chair and helped them down to Urgent Care! Thanks, Ed, for all you do for Wellstar patients!

Staff is always so nice. From the time you walk in the lobby til the time you exit the building, everyone is so kind. Thankful for the convenient location and the friendly staff.

I normally dread going to Urgent Cares for various reasons, as I'm sure many people do. That being said, the Urgent Care facility at Wellstar Cherokee Health Park is absolutely fantastic. The whole staff is lovely, from the receptionists to the nurses to the technicians to the doctors themselves. Everyone that I've interacted with at this facility has been a delight.

The first time I came with my infant son, we had Dr. Thomas Cox. He was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and explained things in a simple and straightforward way, while also being a kind, empathetic, and calming presence. He even kept me and my husband laughing, even though we were extremely stressed out. He put our worries to rest right away. The second time I came, my service was just as good. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and cared for when you're going through a tough time. They even call you a few days after to check in on how you're doing! And they sound like they genuinely care!

I may have just gotten lucky the two times I came, but there was no wait either time. After checking in with the receptionist, it was a matter of minutes before we were taken back to see the doctor. The facility is also beautiful. It's clean and you can tell that it is well-kept.

I cannot recommend this Urgent Care enough! I'm so glad we came across this facility. We won't ever go to another Urgent Care as long as we live in the area.

BIG SHOUT TO SURGERY CENTER FOR TAKING CARE OF MY BABY WITH THE UPMOST LOVE I COULD ASK FOR! The staff and Dr Geoffrey Aaron made surgery with a one year old feel like a breeze.

Love the Wellstar Facility at Holly Spring!! The folks at the front desk are friendly and helpful. One visit it was raining terribly and the sweet lady gave me her umbrella to get to my car. Then met me under the carport so I could return it. Dr. Bardwell’s friendly staff took great care during my appointment. Love Dr. Bardwell he’s the best! Of course most of my visits right now are with my daughter who is pregnant. Her appointments are well timed and the Marietta OB/GYN staff are excellent. Thank you all!!
