Hampton Inn Bremen-I-20 (Carrollton Area)

A delightful experience! The room was immaculate in all areas. Clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The facility was beautiful and well-kept. The amenities like the imaginative breakfast with different items each day was a special treat. And I cannot say enough good things about the staff! One and all were exceedingly welcoming, kind and friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. My wife and I and our two dogs were guests for a week and a half and we hated to leave. This hotel is a shining example of what the hospitality industry should aspire to. My compliments and gratitude to the management and staff!

I stayed here with bandmates on New Year’s Eve 2 years in a row! The staff is always super sweet and the rooms are always very nice and clean:)

This was a nice Hampton Inn. The front staff & woman serving breakfast were very friendly & welcoming. They made sure we had all that was needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options, including fresh fruit. The rooms were a good size & had all the amenities. The beds & pillows were super comfortable. My only complaint was the door was difficult to close. It had to be pushed hard to shut when the kids would go in & out. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.

We stayed here for a wedding for 2 nights and the beds were so soft and a nice old lady was very sweet and helpful with breakfast and even made my waffles for me! I am very greatful

I felt so welcomed here. The room was perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much on my trip that I made reservations to stay there again on my return home. I enthusiastically recommend this hotel without hesitation. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and the bed were comfortable. The breakfast every morning was delicious. My son brought it up to me each morning while I was still in bed. That was a treat. The ladies at the front desk was so helpful and very pleasant. Overall stay for 2 days was delightful.

Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. Late check-in, coffee at 4am checkout, all no problem. Room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was warm and friendly, while maintaining a professional demeanor. I will stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, rooms are clean and super comfy. All of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable. The morning breakfast was very good, I’d 100% recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Nice place to stay overnight on our road trip. Breakfast was above average - blueberry waffles or plain waffles! The oy thing we don't like about the rooms are the sliding bathroom doors - they don't block enough sound or light from within the bathroom.

Exceptional customer service! My son was getting married and a hurricane came through the night before. Jennifer from the hotel personally called all guests to let them know the hotel did not have electricity. When it came back on, she called everyone again. When one of the rooms didn't have AC, they responded with service and a smile. Breakfast was served with grace. The staff, overall, was kind, patient, and extraordinarily helpful. Rooms, common area, and workout facility very clean. The housekeeper left a signed handwritten note - see attached. Facility needs to be updated - but the service made up for it. Well done Hampton Team! You made a very stressful time, much easier and are a champion for the Hilton brand.

I love this hotel! The hot breakfast offers a great selection, and the serving staff is so friendly and helpful. The front desk always makes you feel welcome and appreciated, making sure you are well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and the channel selection is great.

Excellent staff. We loved the hotel layout too. It felt like home. Ms. Faye is absolutely amazing and her famous sausage gravy is to die for! Highly recommend to everyone.

This place has an AMAZINGLY helpful staff that made us feel like family! Beautiful property to boot. Rooms are clean and full of amenities. Breakfast was full of choices, and the hostess was so sweet. I will definitely make this a regular stop in my travels.

I stay here at least once a month for business. Staff is very friendly, always willing to help. Breakfast in the morning is decent. Rooms are 10/10 clean, neat, and updated. Ice cold AC and comfy pillows. Cant complain about anything (it was even incredibly quiet during construction).

Very friendly staff. Good hot breakfast. Our king suite was to die for. Loved how much room there was for my husband and I plus two 15 year old boys and a 17 year old girl. If I am ever through here again I will definitely stay here. Forgot to mention how much I loved the barn door of the bathroom!

Very clean, fresh, and quiet room. I didnt even hear another TV playing from neighbors. Wonderful staff and service. Jennifer from the service department was especially helpful when the TV satellite needed rebooting. The hot breakfast buffet was amazing. (I had a steak, egg, and peppers breakfast burrito... but they also had make your own waffles, pancakes, and lots of other goodies).

Fantastic hotel! We have traveled often this year and stayed in many hotels, this one is tops for us. We are a family of four and always look for a place that is going to be a good fit for our kids as well as us. Budget friendly, right off the interstate, comfortable room with a nice bathroom and shower, and I can't say enough about their breakfast even my picky eater found something he loved!
Overall a great experience and we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here while passing through on the way home from vacation, and liked that it was right off I20. We have three small children, so we reserved the suite. It was massively spacious, with more than enough room. We appreciated that the sofa bed was already pre-made with clean sheets, so we could put the kids right to bed upon our late arrival. The kids' side of the suite also had its own TV, mini fridge, and sitting area. The room was very clean. Breakfast had lots of choices, and was better than average for a complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and even prepared grab bags with bottled water, fruit, muffins, and cereal bars to take upon check-out. Thanks, Hampton Inn - Bremen!
