Wow I have shopped here on several occasions, and each time I’m simply amazed! The store associates who work here truly care about their customers and do everything to provide the best care possible, not to mention the merchandise is exceptional! The fit and style of the items really stands out from other stores, and I love that there are styles for any occasion!

I would also like to express special appreciation to Millie for going above and beyond to assist me, and for all of the help she provided to ensure I found just the right dress. I was torn between two dresses, and I’m so grateful for the advice Millie provided in helping me choose the perfect one! I also needed another dress and showed Millie one I had found but that didn’t seem to quite fit what I was looking for. Millie took time to look for a few different ones, then found one that matched my exact color preference and theme of the event! I’m so grateful for the extra effort she made to find this dress. This was such a tremendous help!!

On a final note, thank you to Sarah as well for the kindness and care she took in assisting me at the register and answering any questions! All of the associates I spoke with were truly helpful and caring, and went above and beyond in making this an incredible shopping experience!

In a world where customer service is nonexistent I have found a place that still remembers how to make you feel special . Amber the store manager has gone out of her way on more than one occasion to help me locate a dress that I needed for an important event .
Sales Associates do not push garments but listen to your needs . Sara has gone out of her way to bring me dress after dress while I am in the dressing room . She has even picked out several of my dresses that I would never have thought would look good on me . But her keen eye for style has shown me to trust the professionals . Ivana another associate has a pleasant nature , smile and no request is ever an issue She called me back the very next day on an item just as promised . Who does that ? I am greeted at the door with a warm welcome and selection is wonderful as well as affordable . Their sales are amazing . I encourage anyone looking for stylish garments to check out Windsor. They even have gowns and cocktail dresses which is what I come in for but I always have added jewelry, shoes and hand bags without breaking the bank. Because of these ladies I will continue to shop at Windsor in the Daytona Beach Mall across from Speedway.

Sarah saved the day as the last dress in my size had a damaged zipper. Sarah hand repaired the zipper and made sure the dress was perfect, all while I waited!

I had to find a formal gown for a dinner. I went to so many stores. I came in here and the girls were amazing. They helped me so much. I'm not a person that gets dressed up and they helped me the whole time. The dress were beautiful and the prices are great.

Great shop! They have a little of everything. From boots to tiaras... To many things to list but you will find something from a gift of a pair of earrings to a dress for a gala event, Plus so much more. Large inventory of merchandise. Probably one of the best stores in the mall. It's a fun place to shop!

Here’s funny review. I thought somebody Stole my brand new outfit I just bought from Windsor. When I was running around the mall like a crazy person trying to find this poor guy 🤦‍♀ I went back to Windsor and the young lady at the front desk (Kandance) was very understanding and very helpful. I left my contact info. Next day she called me. Come to find out one of the managers and Dillards picked up the bag because I walked away from it🤦‍♀ Thank you Kandance, i was devastated. Thank you for Having such amazing customer service, patients, and returning my things. Not a lot of honest people left in the world ❤

I am so impressed by this place! All the designs were fashion forward, the cut was perfect for someone my size-tall and gangly and the staff was great to chat with, so patient and lovely. Thank you all and thank you Candace! I can't wait to be back when you get your next collection in.

I took my child to get there driver license on May 18, 2021. Jeff and Trina was very kind.. Jeff spoke with my child after her asking about going to the us navy. I'm glad we met these ppl yesterday it was awesome. Also thr person who gave the test she definitely Rocked and was very patient with me and my child... Thanks to ALL

Love shopping here for special occasion dresses such as prom or homecoming. They have a nice range of heels/shoes and jewellery as well!
