I want to give a big THANK YOU to Shelby Hiepler , I came in on 10/20/23 , when I first walk in she greeted me with a Pleasant smile, I ask her for her help on whats the most popular smelling parfum for women, I was looking for my mom , she explained and let me smell some simples she was so very helpful and very nice, because of her I bought 3 parfums, and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to wrap them beautifully with a heart wrapping paper thank you Shelby my mom was so happy .🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I give you 10 stars

Just stopped in to look at suits for my wedding and ALEX in the suits section was a true professional. He immediately offered to size me and had me in great looking and fitting suits right away. I ended up with the one of the first 2 he showed us. Great experience. Would recommend. Ask for Alex!

I absolutely love Dillard’s!! I needed a specific shoe for my daughter’s prom. The sales rep took out time to help me search for the location that had this shoe since they didn’t have her size. She went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate her. I ended up finding the last pair in her size to the location in Daytona. Even that sales rep was so pleasant and helpful! She held on to the shoes until I got there the next day. Got there, we laughed and joked, I got my shoes and met a sweet lady I’ll remember for life.

Was in search of NASCAR merchandise for my son while in Daytona. Was very thankful that the staff was so friendly and even the security officer said hello and showed us to the department we were looking for. Very thankful for professional businesses urging the employees to be kind.

What a wonderful Dillard's. There are 2 stores inside this mall, one much bigger than the other. The selection was fantastic as it seemed like there were more variety and selections of certain items, than the other Dillard's I have visited. I liked this store in particular. Good sales and friendly staff.

Went in to get fitted for a suit. Due to my dimensions, it wasn't exactly in the cards. Instead, Alex helped me pick piece-by-piece for a stunning get-up. His patience and professionalism are absolutely extraordinary. He has a very good eye for picking out a solid outfit. I would have never personally picked out the different pieces of the outfit, but when it all came together, it was absolutely dapper! Thank you for your time and input Alex 🤙🏽🙏🏽
