Failed to deliver my package 3x in a row:
-4 stars for failing to deliver my package 3x in a row, even after I called the headquarters twice to ensure they had my correct address, phone number, and exact directions to my neighborhood (it's a new subdivision) from the highway.
+1 star (5-4+1 = 2 stars) because they called me at the end of the day after the 3rd failure and I was at least able to go pick it up myself.

The problem appears to be due to software tech debt: semi-broken software doing things which cause my package to keep getting on the wrong truck destined for the wrong address.

FedEx as a company sucks. Apparently there’s a QR code for packaging shipment that expires once a link is clicked. Associate claims that there’s nothing they can do for me. Never have I had a good experience here.

Good to know they let their drivers drop the package off anywhere. Third time I haven't received a package of perishables food. It was delivered to the wrong house. Not to my neighbor but 1 mile or more away. 🤬🖕🏼

Not good. The local drivers are helping the profilers outside single out the homeless and stalking them.

Dismissive staff member tried to tell us we were at the wrong location. Once they checked they found out we were right.
