2023 post - I have enjoyed breakfast here (nearly) every Saturday since discovering it in late 2015. I meet friends monthly to catch up and enjoy a Pork Tenderloin Biscuit. There is no other place around that has a biscuit like this.

Dining area finally reopened mid-summer 2023. During dining room closure we tailgated in the parking lot.

We Doordashed this for breakfast this morning so i’m not sure about service or atmosphere but I do know it was DELICIOUS and we will definitely be ordering here again. Also prices were great. Normally you can’t expect to pay less than $20 on doordash but because the prices were so good it was under $20 for just us 2! We will definitely be back.

Yummy is an understatement! The biscuits are to die for! The gravy is scrumptious! The grits are delicious and the bacon is cooked to perfection! Top that off with great service! I am a customer for life!!

Great food! Fast and friendly! The biscuit was so moist and tender and the sausage gravy was perfect on the biscuit. I enjoyed a sausage and egg, open faced biscuit with gravy. Amazing! My picky girl loved the chicken, too! We will definitely be going back!

Best breakfast in cherokee County. My brother drives from south ga just to eat there breakfast. Best biscuits and gravy i've ever had. Potato wedges are fire and best meats. I personally have been coming here for about ten years.

Consistently some of the best homestyle breakfast food in NW Atlanta. Huge fluffy buttery breakfast biscuits that will change your life. Seriously: entire religions have been founded on shakier footings than the charisma these biscuits wield. A sausage egg & cheese biscuit from S&J could easily win the next presidential election running as an independent, and it'd be a landslide. Probably single handedly balance the federal budget too.

The staff is courteous, hard working, and hella efficient. Sure, it's not rocket science ...except it is: making food this good, consistently, and fast IS an art. They are a stuff-of-legends assemblage of Picassos, Van Goghs, and Michaelangelos. Normal people can do extraordinary things; they're the proof.

If you haven't eaten here yet, get your priorities sorted ASAP. If you haven't eaten here yet and still aren't convinced you need to, get your head examined ASAP. Or maybe don't, and leave more biscuits for me and mine🤗

S&J is one of my favorite biscuit joints to hit up in the morning. The cooks make you feel like family and make every meal with love. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Also good to support local business. Do yourself a favor and go get a Ham and Cheese biscuit or tenderloin with sawmill gravy. Also beef tips and rice lunch special on Mondays is killer.

If you're looking for a delicious biscuit at a reasonable price, this is your place!! Don't let the location fool you this is a must try spot!!

These folks are so very generous with everything they put on your plate, breakfast here will hold you all day. This is a great stop if you're starting a road trip. I love the fried potatoes with gravy: their biscuits are phenomenal. The staff is super friendly, even when there is a line out the door. Old school gourmet gas station food, the kind I grew up on.

Quick, delicious, exactly what you would hope for as far as temp, taste, quality.

Very good breakfast place hidden in this area. The food is like homemade and so tasty. Way better than other breakfast places around.

Best biscuits and gravy in town! One biscuit piled with gravy and a side of bacon fills me up every time. Can get quite busy during weekdays when people are heading to work. Weekends can be busy as well as word continues to get out about the great food here. Lots of menu choices here as well. Don’t be fooled, this is more than a “gas station” kitchen. Breakfast sandwiches on biscuits are great as well.

Lived around this place for 10+ years and never even heard of it until today. I go out for breakfast a lot and have to say that this is my new favorite! Huge biscuits & gravy plate. Best deal in town!

I live in FLA, have friends in Woodstock. I make sure I get to S&J at least once every time I visit. The ambiance may not be 5 star, but the food is. The line out the door attests to that.

Ordered through Grubhub a few times and it's honestly so good. Biscuits are soft, fluffy, melt in your mouth. Pure comfort food.

The best eggs cooked perfectly! Bacon, hash browns, and biscuits and gravy were the best anywhere👍🏻Def try this place out!
