Healthpoint Family Care - Newport Office

I was sick as a dog so to speak yesterday and If I remember correctly his name was Dr Lowe.. He was very thorough spent plenty of time going over things. I know next time I'm sick I'll request an appt with him... My appt was 230pm I was in n out onto the pharmacy picked up the rx's all done by 345pm .. that's super fast 👍

I went in yesterday morning to the new Newport location for a dental appt. I'll be 100% honest I was worried after reading reviews, however my experience from start to finish was great. Staff was friendly, especially the dentist and dental assistant I really wish I could remember their names. They were able to get me in quick for an appt, very friendly staff, wasn't waiting long at all (actually didn't even finish the paperwork while waiting), and once I got back to the room it was quick. Nothing but good things to say about this location & employees!

I have been going to the Bellevue Healthpoint on and off for years. I have NEVER had a problem there. The entire staff has always shown my daughters and myself compassion and respect. Have I had to wait longer some days than others yes, yes I have. The staff cannot control every event ie: patients showing up late for appts, a doctor getting called out on emergency or staff members themselves that get sick. As for the dental side their process is based on your insurance not what they can and can't do. Certain insurances will not allow you to be seen more than once a month and also will not allow multiple procedures in one visit. It is just as frustrating for the staff. I have always found if your going to have an opinion it's best to base it on fact not assumption or perception.

Going to any doctors office is no fun (anywhere), nobody wants to be sick or have a toothache. This facility does a great job, friendly faces, follow ups, and now walk in appointments after 5pm and Saturday. I give them high marks in the three years going to the Bellevue location. Thank you doctors and staff of Healthpoint!

I've been coming to this location sporadically for about 7yrs now and I very much like it. There are times when I'm seen quickly and times that I've had to wait, either way it is a doctors office and that's the norm any and everywhere you go. I love the staff but that's probably because I come in happy and pleasant to begin with and they appreciate it. You can't come into a place like this with an attitude like they've done something to you to make you ill or in pain, they are here to help, so show some respect as you walk in their door. I've seen more ppl come into a health care facility acting rude to the front desk ppl, like they've don't something to you personally, or treating nurses with no kindness as well... STOP! Use your manners and have patience with these ppl. Their jobs are hard, the hours are long and the general public sucks sometimes. Aside from that I'm always treated/diagnosed properly or put in contact with another type of office that specializes in my needs outside of Health Point. I will continue to utilize this office until I no longer need to.

Dr Patel was a very good doctor he went over everything with me about my health and had good diagnosis. He took very good care of me. He will be missed.

My daughter and I have seen Catherine Ellis and another NP, who is no longer there. We got excellent care every time we have been to Healthpoint in Bellevue, KY. They really listened and wanted to understand our concerns.

came here this morning for my sons two year check up and i love this office , in the time i sat WAITING in the covington office yesterday we were seen , given our shot records , and sent on our way , we found a better office to go to and are happy with it :)

The staff is always courteous to me and my kids. The nurses and doctors are great. New facilities are fantastic too!!!

i had no issues there . they are always very busy there .doctors and nurses have been fantastic . thank you.

Every time I have been there, the staff has been great! The hygienists are kind and knowledgeable and Dr. Hale is amazing!

Things are running a lot smoother since the walk in hours are separet. The ob/gyn was fantastic!

I really enjoy the personal care and staff.At healthpoint really a great place to have everything for your health needs in p.o ne place.

Got a family doctor and the customer service was great..Got information on the week end and walk in service..
