The UPS Store

Super happy to have this store close! I had them print wedding programs and they turned our great! They were fast and beautifully done! I recommend using this store for printing needs.

I was in the store for all of 30s. Staff were friendly and fast, kudos all around!

I was pleased to find that this UPS store had notary services, so I scheduled an appointment. When I submitted my notarized form to an online website (which shall remain nameless), it was rejected (for highly questionable "problems"). I called UPS to see if I could get the form re-done without an appointment, and talked with Elijah, who said the original notary wasn't available that day, but he was a notary as well and would be there all day. He re-did the form for no charge. Unfortunately, it was rejected again! So we tried a third time, and again it was rejected! (I need to emphasize that this was not a problem with Elijah's work; the online company was just very, very, very picky.) Finally, the fourth time was a charm. I can't say enough about the lengths he went to in order to help me get the form to be perfectly "acceptable." All this, with a friendly, helpful attitude - and no extra charges! I have always found this store's employees to be the very best in every way! Elijah went above and beyond!

Jessica at the Danville UPS store rocks! I had taken a Lands End return to them not realizing I should’ve taken it to the post office. She answered my questions, taped up the bag, placed the label and was going to give the return to the postman and did all this for no charge. She didn’t have to do that and she was willing and very motivated to help me.

I love having this UPS store in Danville! They make everything so easy and the customer service is always top tier. I know it sounds like hyperbole, but these are literally the most pleasant people and there is no reason to go anywhere else if you have to ship something.

I have been in countless times and had a perfect experience each and every time. I don't know where they find their employees, but they are genuinely the best, sweetest, friendliest people.

I've never been in a place where the people are so friendly and helpful and make you happy to be there. And they get you in and out quick!

Tell you what- I don’t expect much when I go into a shipping store- but I’ve been here 3 times now and each time they are friendly and helpful. Pretty sure they just opened too- so I hope they keep it up as time goes on!
