Vanna Country BBQ

I'm a first time customer and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a big smile 😀. I had a wonderful experience with all the staff I encountered. My food was made quickly, so the wait time was very short. I had about a 15 minute ride back home and my food was still warm. I ordered the rib plate with baked beans and Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious and the prices are great also. I shall return again and thank you for a wonderful experience 😊

I fell in love instantly with the brisket sandwich. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was completely sold after my first experience. There are so many menu items I want to try.

it is rare that I give an excellent rating, but this place deserves it. It's just a little old shack on the side of the road, but the food is very good. We ordered brisket, Brunswick stew, and another side and all of it was good. My husband said it was the best Brunswick stew he has ever had. The employees were fabulous an amazing very focused and very. Their prices were very reasonable

We were actually surprisingly impressed! The food was very good. Well, the cole slaw and baked beans were okay, but the chicken and ribs were excellent! Very meaty and fell off the bones like they should. Plus, they had a sweet BBQ sauce too, not just that nasty Carolina sauce like most places! We will return!

Great people, great food. Very clean and tidy. Very easily acessable for disabled folk like me. I am truly picky when it comes to BBQ, too wet and I won't eat, too dry and again I won't eat. However at Vanna, sauce is offered on the side and meats are smoked perfectly. The Brunswick stew according to my husband was very good but could have benefitted from some thickening and some cornbread on the side.

I have passed this place for 5 years and have always wanted to stop but for some reason are what I have not. Till last weekend and I was glad I did the service was very friendly and the food was great. Will be stopping there again real soon.

Service was friendly. Food was very fresh and tasted wonderful. We ate the hard-to-find comfort food, chicken mull. Pork had a good smoky flavor, which is also hard to find these days. Prices were comparable, if not a little less than most local BBQ places. I think we have a new favorite bbq joint for us.

Omg!!!!! This bbq is off the chain good!!!!!! I love their brunswick stew, their baked beans, and their salads. Their bbq is so awesome, u wont find it that good anywhere else!!! Im hoping and praying they start serving potato salad!!!! Vanna bbq is my favorite bbq place!!!

Just had lunch there. Got a sampler platter and had ribs chicken pork brisket and stew and slaw. All are very tender with smokey taste. Excellent quality and good portions. Stew is best we have found so far. Slaw tastes great but is coarsley shredded. I like slaw ground fine, but again tastes great. Good tea and service. Did not try beans but will next time. Brought a quart of stew home for later. Definitely best BBQ place around. We tried Bar H and Zebs, but Vanna wins for us. But all have some good points. We just prefer Vanna Country BBQ.

We ordered to go when we attended YaYafest in Bowman. The food was good and portions were generous. I ordered bbq chicken plate and it's made 3 meals.
Staff was personable and welcoming.

The food was delicious and not expensive. The staff was attentive and friendly. I would definitely eat here again. however ,the only downfall is they run out of smoked meats by Sunday.

If you're in the area and you're looking for some good local fixins, you better go to Vanna BBQ. Not only do they have good food and good service all around, but they have home-style mac and cheese to die for! We ended up buying a whole tray of it which feeds 15 people for only 20 bucks! I highly recommend making a stop here and, if you can, getting some mac and cheese!

Nice homely place for a restaurant. Was immediately greeted by dried up chicken bones on our table. The lady was nice though, she did clean it up when we asked her.

Got a brisket sandwich as a entree.

I asked for coleslaw as a side. She said not available.
I asked for baked beans as a side. She said not available.
I asked what's available? She said only the baked potato. I took that.

For desert, I asked for a shepherd's pie. She said not available.
I asked for a peach cobbler. She said not available.
I asked for a cheese cake. She said not available.
I asked what's available? She said only the red velvet cake. I took that.

With exception to the lack of options available, the food was really good for its price point. Food was served hot and fresh. Overall, a decent dine-in experience with quality and reasonably priced food.

The ribs are perfect! They are not smothered to death in rub and/or sauce. You can taste the wonderful pork and the smoke!
Perfectly cooked . I could eat them every day.

My daughter and I had the ribs and pulled pork after a hike at Victoria Bryant. It was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. Next week will be floating down the Broad River and more BBQ adventures!

I was a little hesitant to start.. small town bbq from little place beside a gas station..but man was i pleasantly surprised. Absolutely delicious bbq an large portion to match. Please try if ever in the area. I will be back for more

My favorite place Baby!!! Get you some of the Best coleslaw in the south and I've had a lot this place gas wonderful BBQ too and the young lady's are so sweet too ice compared BBQ places and this one Wins Hands Down!!!😜😜

Best brisket sandwich ever!!! Very nice staff. I would highly recommend trying.
