Very busy location on the weekends. The staff is friendly and the building is well kept up and cleaned. My go-to for bulk items!

Quiana in the bakery saved the day! I was in town on April 12th with a large group for an event that took place in Pineville, La. I placed an order for cupcakes for this event about a month in advance. When I picked the cupcakes up the order was not quite right. I spoke to Quiana in the bakery and explained to her how important this order was to our event. She quickly took care of me. This young lady was so nice and willing to help, even though they were very busy. I will always remember her kindness! What a blessing to be able to speak with her for a few minutes! Sam's needs more employees like Quiana!

The only negative is you must self check out or you will be waiting and waiting and waiting. Sam's Club does not spend money on cashiers. Two cashiers for the whole large store.

Best lunch in town! It is $1.35 for a hot dog and a fountain drink at the time of this writing. There is also a giant store full of wonderful bulk items to shop for, but you need a membership for that. You do not need a membership to enjoy the food court. Just walk right in! Skip the line of people waiting to show their membership card, that line isn't for you!

The store owner is amazing very sociable and helpful also I like how the store always have someone to assist you very clean and respectful cashiers

Today visiting was fast..not many people there after 3pm. I bought 8 items. I noticed products were higher in price. I skipped out on them. I have apples still at home. The store was clean, employees were friendly. I was there maybe 30 minutes. In and out quickly.

Typical big box store. New options that help speed up checkout. Pretty good selection.

I recently ordered my first set of tires from Sam's Club. I had the pleasure of dealing with a representative named Carlos. He was the ultimate in professionalism and courtesy. This was the best experience I have had in years!

For the most part, everything is awesome prices. Love the fact that so many checkout registers were open. The store was clean and organized. Employees were very helpful and the road show deal or people that was there selling the whisk was pretty cool. My favorite thing about Sam's, is for $1.65 (thats with tax) I get a 32oz fountain drink and a big polish hotdogs!

Quick and easy checkout when you use the app. I love that I can get in and get out without waiting in line for a register.

Jessica Rodriguez is an amazing retail associate, she took her time with helping us when we were having trouble at Self checkout. She definitely needs recognition because it’s been a while since we’ve had good customer service.

Fantastic experience. People were virus conscious and wearing mask and respectful. Store very organized, clean, and had sanitizer/wipes readily available.
Big thumbs up for Scan and Go. Loved it all the way out the door. It was easy to use, limited wait in exit line, and very secure.
