Burger King

I typically don't go to Burger King restaurants. But, today we visited this location and I was blown away by the cleanliness, the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff. They use different mop water for the front which is rare these days. Floors were immaculate. Behind the counter the floors were spotless. Bathrooms were very clean. Fresh, clean oil on the fries. When the cashier came to take our order she had just handled cash and asked if she could wash her hands first. Absolutely, yes! Whoever manages this location does a bang up job as well as their staff. Will definitely return!

When this location was open, I always got what I wanted, but the Burger King on the base is lousy.

Had situation on the app yesterday 10/07/2022 about 4:5PM. It froze after I made a purchase for $6.50 , while I was in the Drive-Thru, told the order taker about it,.. and she said unless I had coupon I could not get that rate "No problem - I can ring them up seperately then said a price that sounded similar by a $1 more or less. Got to the window and the price was like $13.75 or so! The cashier was SUPER FLIPPANT about it. bye-bye

This morning the receipt appeared in my email. Went inside today 10/08/2022 about the same time - the [shift mgr?] STEVEN completely listened - QUICKLY provided some options and handled the situation to my satisfaction.
Someone should buy him a franchise - he will make you money!

Food is always very good and fresh. Been there about 7 times and they have not messed up a single order.

This is the best Burger King I've ever been to. I decided to go through the drive thru because of Covid, when I pulled into the drive thru lane there were 7 or 8 cars in front of me. Of course, I thought I will be here for ever. Not so,in less than 5 minutes I had ordered my food and was at the window to pick it up. The girl at the window was friendly and efficient. The burger and fries were cooked perfectly. I was so happy with my experience that I shared it with a friend. He told me I should write a review, so I am. This is not my first time at this Burger King and every time I have received the best service and the best burger and french fries. I even did a comparison with Carl's and hands down Burger King is superior!

A worker named Austin served us tonight at the drive thru. He was very generous and it made my family's night.

Lightning fast drive thru service. Friendly people. Love how they say "What else can I get for you?" rather than "Is that it? or Anything else?" Seemed to be willing to patiently wait for your order if you needed time to think. Excellent customer service, and the order is always right.

Sausage biscuit sandwich actually looked like the picture when i got it and was delicious. Biscuit was very soft. I think it took longer for me to give my order than it took for them to prepare it. Super fast service!

Went to the drive thru ordered 2 separate meals young lady taking my orders was awesome the line was a little long but moved pretty quickly everyone at the drive thru was very friendly

The guy that was working the register during the lunch hour was AWESOME! I would love to have a staff filled with employees like him! He deserves a raise/promotion and 100% recognition!

The food was great, hot and fresh, service was on point very friendly and attentive to my order! I strongly recommend eating here. They are under construction and the lobby is closed but that's understandable while they are remodeling!

We went to Burger King because we wanted some chicken nuggets, and since they are 1 dollar for an 8 piece we got 80 nuggets, gave 60 to our friend and had 10 each, took them about 5 minutes and they had them out to us, fast and I recommend

Yes we go to Burger King a lot but they always have a really good deal like on their Whoppers two four six you can't beat that we always get what we want 4 under $11 that's two hamburgers I think it's chicken nuggets and ice water for two of us

Service here has changed si much. I remember when you had to park for your order. I really enjoy the new staff. Keep up the great job!

Love their food. Depends who is working as to how fast of service you get but have never had a problem with an order

Been eating there for 3 years never had a bad experience so he's had fast service good food for a Burger King. We still eat there every month

We haven't had BK for ages. We went there the other day and MAN was it yummy!!! We ordered the king bacon Jr with fries & vanilla shake.
