La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Monroe

I really enjoyed my stay. This is the nicest, cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to. They even had Dove toiletries in the bathroom. They had Dove shampoo, conditioner, AND body wash dispensers in the shower. It was like a dream! They even had makeup remover wipes. That was awesome. Every thing was just perfect to the point where the following night I booked at another La Quinta in Dallas, thinking it would be just as elegant, NOPE. Not even close! This location set the bar high. I highly recommend!

The front desk guy D, was incredible. I just had a terrible stay at another hotel, this dude took care of me. The room is quiet, they even have a complimentary breakfast that wasn't mentioned in my booking app. This place I really recommend to anyone staying in Monroe or West Monroe.

Very good hotel and I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels. Stayed for 5 nights and on my 4th day I asked for full service house keeping because I have a toddler and he made and good amount of crumbs over the 4 days being there. The house keeper with the name Karen did an amazing job and was great to come back to a clean place after attending my grandmas funeral. My toddler was so excited to see his bed made and his bear waiting for him. Also left us a nice little message

We had called to let them know that we would be a late arrival. As we enter the lobby we were greeted with a beautiful smiling face named Charlisa. " I'm so happy you made it! If there's anything I can do for you, just let me know!" Our room was spotless, smelled fresh and was very roomy! Bed a tad hard, and walls and windows let in quite a bit of noise, so bring your sound machine. Overall, a very nice 3 day stay and yes, we would stay here again!

Great dog friendly hotel. Rooms were clean and had nice dove products. Accommodating to multiple large dogs and there is a park with walking trails right outside the hotel.

Hands down the best hotel in West Monroe. Very nice and affordable. Executive king rooms are always very clean and nice. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Usually I call out the bad when it comes to hotels but at LaQuinta I truly feel like I get my money's worth. Can't say that about other hotels in the area

I don't know where to start, !!
I will start with the hotel staff whom I came in contact with mainly the front desk staff and the lady who makes sure breakfast is served.
First, the front desk staff, my family and I were welcomed and greeted warmly as if we were relatives. I sensed this was going to be a fabulous and great atmosphere to experience. The atmosphere is as to where the minute you walk through the door, go ahead and kick off your shoes and run around in your socks " you are at home ". This is the kind of feeling that I love being in. If I needed something or needed help they are there.
Second, the room was immaculate, very clean and everything was put in its right place. Very impressed with everything in the room.
Third, the lady who overseas the preparation of the breakfast. She goes out of her way and goes the extra mile to make sure that everything is where it should be. The breakfast she prepares includes scramble eggs, toast, sausage, bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles w / syrup. This itself is a home cooked meal, not to mention all the extra fixin's that are included on this breakfast menu!!!!!
To the general manager of this establishment, you have raised the bar as to what it means for hotel hospitality. You have the right people in the right places to make this happen. The staff / team you have put together is phenomenal!!!!
My family and I will be staying there again towards the end of this month. We are really looking forward to this.

Absolutely the best hotel in town, best rates, cleanest rooms, and ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING BREAKFAST which is my favorite! I stayed the weekend as a getaway for my girlfriend and I and shes picky but I knew even as a surprise that she'd love it and she did! The staff should be commended for their outstanding customer service! I'd give more than 5 ⭐ if possible

I was pleasantly surprised by this relatively inexpensive hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean with full size bath products, and breakfast had lots of variety. There were several restaurants within walking distance and a park with a walking trail adjacent to the parking lot. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stay at this location all the time when in town. Dog friendly and the best free breakfast ever. Hotel staff is really friendly.

The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant and the room was comfortable. We will stay there again!

So here’s my personal experience. You know how Priceline has that option of selecting a given price and they advise you that it will be one of three hotels, but they don’t tell you which one it will be? Well, in the past, I tried it once or twice and was kind of underwhelmed by the selections. In both of those cases, the hotels were independently run and had problems such as leaking toilet, unpleasant rooms, hard beds, etc.

But I decided to give it one more try after looking at the three hotel options that would be selected from. And it turned out that I got this one instead of what would have been the cheapest of the three and my best guess as to which one it would be. And I was very pleased. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. And I was impressed by the quality of the equipment in the gym. As well as the bed and the room. I would stay here again. One thing that I joked about with the staff was the height of the beds, and they also confirmed that yeah short people might need some help in stepping up to them. But my bed was perfect, as was the shower, the closet space and as I said, I would stay here again. And a high point for me, don’t laugh, golden malted waffles for breakfast.

Great pet, friendly location, immediately adjacent to a wetlands park with walking trails. If you need to stay at a freeway hotel, this one offers a brief respite in nature.

From the get go the staff was probably the best staff me and my family has ever dealt with. Very nice and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and nice. There is a park you can walk to from the front doors with a pond and running trail with overlooks looking over the pond.

From the time we checked in until we left, we enjoyed our stay. The entire facility was clean and comfortable. Our room was no exception. The furnishings were good with ample space. We liked the walking trail located across the parking lot from the hotel. The breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, and gravy with waffles and cereal also being options. I would definitely stay there again.

Service is great rooms are excellent and great location for food and what I do

This is an amazing option for people traveling with pets. This clean, very comfortable hotel is situated next to a wetland with a trail to walk the pups. Our dogs were in heaven after riding in the car (with regular breaks) for eight hours. Staff were great- this will be a regular stop for us.

Jordan was the lady at check in. She was very helpful and provided directions to the civic center. The gentleman that prepared and presented the breakfast did a great job. The food was good and fresh and the kitchen area clean. Several employee did a great job keeping the floors and lobby clean.
Beatrice was helpful in getting us nontechy seniors connected to the wifi. Our stay was 7 nights and we had a shitzu with us. We also liked that the dogs were on 1st and 2nd floors. If they barked a little we were all dog friendly and no complaints. It was also easier to take them out to potty. We would recommend this facility especially to dog friendly people. The first couple days there one of the employees walked the grounds and picked up trash laying around. I suggest this continues on daily basis
