Best Western West Monroe Inn

My company puts us up at this best western. I usually stay a couple of nights a week. Rooms are always clean. Staff is always polite, courteous and respectful! Amanda at the front desk is always very nice, polite and always has a smile on her face. The evening front desk clerk Angina is always smiling and very kind. The continental breakfast is always hot and fresh! I just wish they served my favorite.. biscuits and gravy! 5 stars all the way!

They have the absolute best breakfast that I have ever had and a hotel ever hands down I was blown away and it was free. Not to mention we stayed in the hot tub room, which also had a glass in shower with white tile. It was super nice definitely will be going back.

Sheila was great. Great service with a smile. She always friendly and has a great attitude.
I would like to see biscuits and gravy though and maybe some better pillows. Other than than always enjoy my stay at the best western

The best western is west Monroe is a nice place to stay, Tiara and Amanda work the check in and are always smiling and helpful at check in. The quick check in is nice after a long day or night. Brittany always has breakfast ready and does a really good job of the food prep and cleanliness of the dinning room. A big shout out to the room cleaning staff,( Allie, Jayme, and Holly) there is nothing better than checking in and going to clean room, these ladies take pride in their job of giving someone a clean room, it is appreciated. The grounds are kept up very well, Marcus is always busy fixing things or keeping the pool serviced ready for swimming. Overall a nice place to stay. Thanks to all the hard working people.

The customer service was the absolute best! The staff treated us like family and showed us that wonderful southern hospitality that you can’t find to often these days. It was a really nice stay and we will be staying at this location a lot more in the future. Argina went out of her way to help us.

This a nice, unsuspecting hotel. The area made me question staying here but the owners, staff and room made up for it really quick. As a Diamond Select member, I'm looking forward to an upcoming stay in the area because I know this Best Western is there.

These three ladies; made our morning!
Our first time in West Monroe, our first time in Louisiana, and already we are sold on coming back.. even if coming back meant to just visit our newest friends here at the Best Western in West Monroe.

The hospitality, the warm welcome, we truly appreciate it. We drove 15 hours from Kalamazoo Michigan to Louisiana and this is our first morning here. What a blessing to wake up to such friendly and welcoming people.
My words in this review truly minimize how my heart feels, my words don’t do it justice.
All in all, we are so thankful to have booked our stay here and we look forward to the next four days here at Best Western in West Monroe Louisiana.

I have stayed in 40/50 hotels already for my work but I have never seen any clean and nice hotels like this one.Rooms 10/10. Hospitality 10/10. Angina the girl at check in was really friendly and helped me check in and later even though I forgot my keys again and again for 4-5 times and she said it was okay and made me keys again and again with a smile lol. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a good experience at this hotel. The only downside I can say is that the bathroom was small but functional. Good price, and Nick at the front desk was great.

For the second hotel I stayed at not yours.your hotel was amazing with a jacuzzi we truly enjoyed it. I am so sorry for the confusion I had no idea that postwar even submitted I thought I canceled it. We stayed November 19th under the name Lisa allen but the credit card I believe was under my name. Sorry for the confusion and we really hope to stay again soon.

Great coffee! Breakfast was good made by Sheila! And nick works 24 hours to sell rooms day and night! I would definitely recommend!

We stay here every time we come to West Monroe and the staff is always welcoming and the rooms clean and comfortable. Amanda at the front desk, and Sheila at breakfast are so nice and go out of their way to help us and make us feel at home.

Ms angine is very professional. She is always willing to help and take care of all our needs. Motel is very clean, rooms are well taken care of. Will highly recommend
