The Room, Custom Service, and Location is all a 10/10. I would definitely recommend. The young lady at the front desk was very respectful and understanding. Amazing Stay!

Very good customer service every time I’ve been here love the way that they present their selves all around good services. And the prices for the rooms are very affordable all around I would give this hotel a 10/10 would 100% recommend staying here if you are traveling etc.

It was a very reasonable room. We only needed to layover for one night and it was perfect for that. Would be 5 stars but the air-conditioning had issues and didn't work properly. All in all good experience.

Roomy King Superior room with a desk and chair. Great A/C. No coffee maker in room, but has microwave and mini-fridge. Love the tall showerhead....don't have to limbo to rinse your hair. Love their pet policy... no charge to have your pet their.

The service and staff were excellent! The maintenance team (Jemaine) was so kind and helpful. I appreciate your prayers and help during our stay. My son and I are thankful to you all. It's a blessing when someone will stop their duties just for a word of prayer and encouragement.

I have to give this place 5 stars. I absolutely love it here. No the rooms not the best but they were clean and the staff are awesome. Being displaced from the storm I haven't been able to relax, but here the staff really made our stay pleasant. The staff were so helpful and that really touched my soul. No one knows what we are going through but these staff really made it easier to cope with. Thank y'all Red Roof Inn for all the love.❤❤❤

The staff was very kind and helpful. I loved them. I would stay there before I would stay away where else. The rooms were very very clean and no mold in the rooms that I saw. I also didn't smell any either. I have a lot of trouble with mold so I would very much know if it was there. I have found out that a lot of hotels and motels have mold and you may not even know it unless it bothers you like it does me.

Jermaine in maintenance is phenomenal. Front desk staff was lovely and all around fantastic. Had a problem with another guest and door lock at 9:30 on a Saturday night and Jermaine fixed it immediately while being more than courteous. Hospitality is a 10 out of 10 for me.

Staff was extremely friendly. As soon as I walked in my room it was a refreshing smell the air was set right. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.if you want quiet, friendly pet free and close to every store and restaurants in town stay here

Older, better quality built motel that has been beautifully remodeled/restored. Rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great rate. Easy access from I-20. Was very impressed!

Many a time I hav travelled and stayed in a cheap hotel to save a few dollars. Many have turned out pretty scary. One time a man banged on the door at 5am, offering $15 to meet him in the bathroom. With that being said, this is the best cheap hotel I have stayed in. Honestly, it’s better then some nicely priced hotel. It is a nice location, next to a huge shopping area. Not some sketchy truck stop full of lot lizards. The outside is pleasing to the eye and clean. The room was a nicely done and clean as well. The floor is both hardwood and carpet. You are not left wondering what that sticky substance is and regretting you didn’t bring a black light for a safety check. The sheets are cleaned and appear to be changed after each guest, lacking stains and cigarette holes. The bathroom door closes! The AC/Heating blows nicely and doesn’t leave an awful smell, no cigarette smell as well. The only thing that I would change is the light yellow color to the water.

The ONLY reason this stay was excellent was thanks to the maintenance guy Jermaine! The room was absolutely filthy when we arrived, no towels or anything, so we went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies and scrubbed the room down. The room was also extremely hot, I went to the front desk and explained the a/c wasn’t working and Jermaine came right up....come to find out someone had the heat turned all the way up in the room and the a/c on at the same time. The front desk attendant (also very nice) offered us another room and we accepted. Once we got to the new room, we noticed the refrigerator was missing. Jermaine came to the rescue again and delivered a refrigerator to us within a few mins. He’s a great guy with a great personality. If it wasn’t for Jermaine we would’ve left and slept in our truck but he was on it. We are thankful for him.

For the price point, it was exactly what I needed. We stopped for one night on our way through town. The room was small but clean, comfortable, and well soundproofed. We had our dog with us, and I never felt even remotely uncomfortable walking him at night by myself. It was very easy to forget that we were right off of the highway.

Excellent- exceptional and courteous service from 12/2/17-12/3/17 from all employees that I encountered. Begging with clerk upon arrival, down to cleaning personnel on third floor down to the check out clerk on 12/3/17. (Room 326)

Each went above and beyond in their service and should be rewarded and compensated for their excellence. I’m from Memphis and comparable service here is a rare find. Please acknowledge the good people u have representing your hotel. Each was honestly the type representatives you want as your “face”. Highly recommend and will return

PLEASANT SURPRISE! After reading previous reviews we were dubious about coming glad we did. We were tired, it was raining and we have a pet so we needed a place. The room had a pleasant scent, bed neatly made with added touches of what you would find in an upper end hotel very inviting, towels clean and neatly arranged, Sparkling bath, Coffee maker with Seattle's Best Coffee for morning enjoyment with the added thoughtful touch of a snack package in the refrigerator for morning, (Granola bar, sweet&Salty snack , bottle water, bottle OJ) Nice touch. These folks are showing great customer service. The front Desk Women, Dreka, were smiling, pleasant and helpful. Would come again. would have giventhe room a 5 Star but, as with all floors in dog friendly places, they need mopping made our feet dirty. They were Swept, but need thorough mopping. I bring my own cleaner for floors.

Very convenient location. The rooms are affordable and cozy. The sheets were very clean and the house keepers kept clean pillows on the beds. I would definitely stay there again.

We got one of the upgraded rooms and it was awesome! It was actually a huge surprise because it was better than the 5 star hotel my wife and I stayed at in Biloxi, MS! Our room faced the academy sporting goods store and was much quieter than expected! This is our 3rd stay here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
