Summer Moon Coffee

Their summer moon coffee ( espresso,milk + secret ingredients) was very good. Baristas were friendly and very helpful.

Very nice coffee shop. It's very clean looking and comfortable. Very busy, so if you're looking for a quiet place to read or study, you might try the library, after you pick up some coffee from here. The coffee is top notch. I had the Mocha Moon Latte medium size for $5.85, which seems a little pricey. But if you don't hang out in coffee shops every day, it's ok to splurge a little. They serve muffins and pastries too, but I didn't indulge. My friend says they are delicious though. Overall, a great hangout to catch-up with a friend or just grab a coffee.

Today, I got the iced blue moon latte (nearly $6). I don’t come here often, but when I do, I always love the atmosphere. The service is pretty fast and it’s not that busy in the evenings. It’s a great place to study or relax and just sip some coffee. The employees were very nice and helpful on helping us decide on what to order, and after we ordered our coffees, we considered getting more drinks because of how good they tasted. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in Overland Park.

Really cool coffee shop. I liked the vibes inside and there was a lot of seating inside and outside. I went with the iced mocha moon latte for my first drink. It was thick and rich from the milk and chocolate they used. Would recommend the mocha latte for sure. Going to try the moon latte next time.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops! I love meeting up with friends and coworkers here.

The moon milk is awesome. I love that they can make it non-dairy as well, which is perfect for me as a vegan.

I like the set up of the shop itself. The staff are always nice.

Also, I’ve used their mobile app a couple of times and really like how I can order ahead when I need to.

They use something they call moonmilk (blend of seven ingredients) as a core, and you decide how much to use and therefore how sweet you want your drink. I went all the way (Summer Moon) and my latte was very sweet with it and very good.

Beautiful modern interior with full brick wall. The bathrooms are clean and the white & black tiles are sleek. There's plenty of outdoor and indoor seating options, with comfy couches too! Their special Moon Milk is delicious, but heavy and too sweet for me, so I recommend 1/4. Their friendly staff are willing to answer questions. Beware of long lines and waits from 10 am to 11 am!

The staff was kind and quick to explain their unique ingredient: "Moon Milk." This is some delicious mixture that turns every coffee into a magical sweet dessert liquid. (It's VERY sweet, so order your desired ratio accordingly) This is a spacious and clean shop, and comes complete with an Overland Park-specific merch area. Definitely make a stop here!

We always look for new coffee places in the area. Although this is a chain out of Texas, I am so glad that we stopped. It is delicious. We tried the autumn moon iced latte and it’s delicious! I think it must be the moon milk. I absolutely love it and will be back when I can!

This was an easy place to hangout and talk. The leather chairs were pretty comfortable with a fair amount of seating. The coffee was not exactly my taste but everyone's different. The staff was friendly and they keep the place clean.

We managed to arrive just before this place had their morning rush. Staff were courteous, welcomed us as we came in, and made good recommendations for their baked items since this was our first visit. They even explained their different Moon Milk drinks unique to this chain of shops and their wood-roasted coffee blends. Was a little too cold to take advantage of their outdoor seating but they had plenty of options available. Cool overall layout of the space, too. Merchandise options with something for anyone. Would definitely recommend!

First time there, and the cashier was so kind. Explained what she would recommended as a first timer. She was spot on…and it’s one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time!

I came here to meet someone for a coffee. I see skeptical of the moon milk latte which is their shtick. Boy, was I glad I tried it. I’m not a huge sweet guy in my coffee, so I got the 1/4 moon milk latte. It was absolutely delicious ! They have something special here.

This is a MUST! Delicious coffee, food, and GREAT SERVICE. Staff is friendly, and they make sure you get exactly what you want. Their inhouse made moon milk is spot on. Wish I had known about this place months ago!

i don’t like getting drinks here but it’s so perfect for doing homework, the view is so pretty and the vibe.

Someone has recommended Summer Moon to me when I traveled to Texas. The moon milk was so delicious. I wish there was one in Nebraska! I have ordered their beans for my espresso machine at home. I’m just missing the moon milk 🤤

This is my favorite coffee shop in the area. Always lovely staff, great atmosphere and delicious drink choices! One of my favorites is their Blueberry Crisp served in the summer months! Highly recommend.

The staff was helpful and friendly! The moon milk is delicious. They do sell local pastries and such in the shop. There are seasonal drinks as well! It’s super cute inside, and it’d be a great place to sit and work or read, etc.

First time stopping in. On my quest to hit all the coffee spots in the KC/KS area. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the girl who owns the shop with her mom! You were the sweetest! Thank you for the MoonMilk sample (AMAZINGGGGGG) A cute, sleek, and cozy setting. Got a few hours of studying and left with a smile. Def will stop by again 🤍🤍🤍
