Bosco's Italian Cafe

Place doesn’t look like much from the outside but on the inside it was amazing. Very first class Italian restaurant for 2nd class money. Every little touch was perfect from the bread to the meatballs and spaghetti! I would highly recommend for any person looking for a first class Italian restaurant in Mandeville!

I ordered from the catering menu for a Christmas party for about 45 people. The food here is so so delicious! Everything we ordered Lasagna, chicken Alfredo, chicken Parmesan, eggplant casserole and the Caesar salad are the best we have ever had! Everyone commented about how great the food was! If you’re having a party Bosco’s has the best catering menu meals for your event!! And the staff is very friendly and nice to do business with!

Long over due review! Soooo I’m Italian and VERY picky about Italian restaurants but we we finally found a winner!! Yes we drive from Baton Rouge but it’s absolutely worth it. Our first visit was in October for our anniversary dinner. We had the place to ourselves basically. We had such a sweet waitress who helped me with the menu (I’m recovering from eye surgery) She was very attentive and we never needed to ask for anything. Our last visit was last month and I was honestly impressed that the consistency of food and serve are STILL excellent. You can taste how fresh the ingredients, food and sauces are. You WILL have PLENTY of leftovers to dream about until the next day. The drinks are stiff without the stiff price too. We met Giavanna (the owners daughter) who was very helpful with my menu choice… Do yourself a favor and order the Carmella (named after her sister) and order dessert even if it’s to go. As a home baker I can tell you I rarely order dessert because it’s something generic and premade. Here the cake layers are light & fluffy, fillings and frostings aren’t too sweet. I cannot wait to return!!

I had never been here before and heard it was good. I expected a mom and pop, hole in the wall restaurant with a deli. Boy was I wrong. Once inside it was like stepping into another world. Great wait staff. Excellent food. Amazing Italian atmosphere. They did this place very well. I'll be back.

Loved every morsel. The escargot were plump and garlicy, the muffuletta that my companions had was fresh and HUGE!, my veal marsala was absolutely delicious. I wish I could remember our servers name.... she was lovely. This is a quaint little Italian restaurant that is suited to anything from a romantic date to a girl's nite out and the food is crave-worthy. I'll def be back !

Their Muffuletta was recommended to me and I have to say it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

This visit we did the pizza's and breadsticks!!! The homemade sauce is fantastic!! The pizza was perfect, fresh ingredients! Omgosh we couldn't say enough how fantastic the food was, service great!! We will be back!

Very attentive and professional waiter. Good selection of wines by the glass. Wish they had a Chianti Classico by the glass. The cabernet was an acceptable alternative! Salad was good, needs a bit more wine vinegar. Meatballs were hand formed, large with a wonderful seasoning. The veal Parmigiano was amazing! Asked for extra sauce when i ordered and was very happy with the amount. Red Sauce is very meaty but a bit sweet for me. Added red pepper flakes and dried parmesean to make it more to my liking. The Italian cake was a great ending to a wonderful meal.

We had a great time, they had music in a back room I think it was called electric dining. We had wine and appetizers and the music was great, and the main course veal with spaghetti and cannoli was out of this world. We are planning our next visit and will be bringing friends

Sinatra was crooning about how I was "My Kinda Girl" and I had an amazing meal and a glass of wine! Baked tortellini with a meatball. Perfetto!

food was absolutely amazing, the service was wonderful. our server was in the bar and she helped me with whatever I needed. and the atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and positive, you feel like you're part of the Bosco's family when dining there.

The food was amazing, the portions were large. The staff was friendly and very atentative.

Always a great relaxing experience here. Sit in the bar with the more relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're engaging with the bar tender or listening, it always becomes entertaining. The food is really good. The drinks a little better. The staff even better. You'll feed both your appetite and your soul and leave with a smile upon your face as proof.

Bosco’s has catered two graduation parties for my family. The food is excellent and the service top notch. Thank you, Bosco’s for making our special occasions even better than we imagined! Everyone loved the food.

I've lived here for years and have never been here. The food was amazing. Service was awesome. I will be back to try more dishes. The veal was perfectly cooked and the red sauce is fantastic.

Amazing Meal. I was driving from FL to TX and stopped in this cute town found this little hidden gem of Italian restaurant. From hostess to serving staff they were friendly so we felt like regulars, helpful in all questions from breakfast places to hotels to stay. Definitely a place to go. Their food was amazing.

We've been here several times with family, and they have accommodated us up to twenty people. The service is fantastic and the food is always delicious! The redfish I had this time was one of the best I've had.
