It was absolutely amazing I really enjoyed my birthday dinner. U can feel the family vibe there and then the best birthday song ever from a 95 year old man which was such a blessing. Definitely one of a kind

First of all, what a cool building. It was a bank back in the days and you can see how a saver used to be!

We our passing by the city and we decided to give it a try! Good decision!

Excellent food and stuff, even though they were always coming to the table asking if everything was ok, we guess they were doing it because it was already end of the night and they had plenty of time.

Food was really really good and with a reasonable price!

If we pass by the city again we will diffidently stop!

Excellent experience, excellent food and excellent service. We ordered Oysters Oscar style, Filet Mignon (well hard to do right) Garlic Mashed, House Ranch Salad, Surf and Turf with Ribeye, stuffed Shrimp and a Scallop great place.

Excellent location and excellent service. The reviews aren't wrong at all, the owner and chef were all eager to mingle and speak with their customers.
The food was excellent. I'm pretty particular about steak, and my rib eye was made to near perfection. It didn't haven't any excessive seasoning or additions.
I'd recommend this location and I will surely make a return visit. Oh! And the staff were very accommodating, they even allowed us to dine privately in the old bank safe.

2022 Update: returned after not visiting in a while and it's just as charming as ever. Bruschetta is amazing. The owners and staff are amazing.

What can I say but one of the best meals I have ever had. The service was excellent and food even better. We had multiple servers, a gentleman whom I believe is part of the family, and also the Chef come by and ask us if we were enjoying. Not only can the Chef cook you an amazing meal but he also served for our Country (Thank you sir). Overall experience was the best.

Very nice place. Everything was good the atmosphere was nice. The owner even came out and spoke with us a couple of times and even sung Happy Birthday to my Dad and gave home a slice of chocolate cake. Definitely will be back again

What a wonderful time we had at Trottas tonight. We are in town from NC and came after seeing the reviews. The food was fabulous as was the atmosphere and the entire staff. Such an enjoyable experience. If you have a chance to visit, this is a must

Very nice!! Old historic atmosphere. Restaurant is in an old bank building, still has bank vault and security deposit box room. Met the owner and had a nice conversation. The food was amazing!!

Visiting Saturday was the first time I had ever heard of Trotta's Steak & Seafood. I was invited by my cousin for a 50th celebration for the both of us, born just hours apart! Let me just say Trotta's was excellent in all areas! We had our temperatures checked at the door to make sure everyone was safe, the atmosphere, service, and food were absolutely amazing! I am extraordinarily grateful that Mr. Carman, the owner's 94 year old father helped us celebrate, both playing Happy Birthday on his violin, and later singing as well! Definitely the highlight of our evening! Chef James also greeted us to make sure the food met or exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, exceeded completely! For any special occasion, I would highly recommend a visit! This is truly one of Northern Kentucky's hidden gems, I cannot wait until the next visit! Thank you Trotta's for making the evening so special, and for memories I will carry with me forever!

What an amazing hidden gem! I highly recommend Trotta's if your wanting phenomenal food and service. Carmen Trotta is so so nice to talk to and he will play happy birthday on his violin for you on your birthday.

Wow, what an amazing place to check out. I can't say enough amazing things about this nice restaurant, once I came in was greeted and welcomed and was given an experience very few places offer. From the very friendly loving staff to the AMAZING FOOD OFFERED (RIBS,STEAK,PORKCHOPS) this is a must go.

Buckheads and DEFINITELY Outback (not the Subaru kind lolol) got NOTHING on Trotta's!!!

This place was fantastic. Food was on point. I had bourbon glazed salmon with garlic mashed potatoes. All of it was very good. Breads were good, deserts were good, wait staff was cheery and friendly and helpful. Awesome spot. Thank you!

AmaZing as always. We enjoyed the hospitality of Carmen and staff. But the star was the all you can eat Steak and Crab. Quality food and delicious. We will be back soon. This place is a gem.

Excellent cuisine, the bourbon bacon balls, fresh blue cheese, filet, and cajun5mac and cheese.

Excellent customer service. The chef came out and checked on us, which was awesome. Very friendly staff. The food was really good. Great atmosphere. They had a live band playing. Outdoor seating was perfect where the live was playing. I will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu. Thanks again for making our first time experience an very great one

This was our first time dinning at Trottas. The food was absolutely amazing. Our waitress Melissa was fantastic. We also met Carmen who sat down with us telling us stories. The chef came to our table to introduced himself and gave us his back ground. We will absolutely be back and will tell everyone we know to go.

Dined on the patio, beautiful night, great food and service! Carmen the "Greeter" is adorable. He played violin for my brother's birthday. Chef introduced himself and checked on our dinners. Lovely 2 piece band played lovely array of low key music. So much fun and great food! Hidden gem ❤❤❤❤❤

Phenomenal experience! Kristie was a gem, very attentive, patient, and polite. Drunken Shrimp appetizer was very flavorful. Wife and I had filet as main course and they were cooked to perfection. She rarely eats a steak, and had nothing but complements with every bite. Glazed donut bread pudding with bourbon glaze was very decadent. Walnuts and raisins were interesting, and added a nice texture to the dessert. Restaurant is cozy, nice atmosphere. Old bank with one vault converted into a dining space....very interesting. The singer at the piano had a great voice, but for a small dining area, she did not overpower the space. We will be back. Nice local restaurant. Will recommend.

I tried them again and had to bump it up a star. I will definitely be back.. Great steaks at a reasonable price and they have a lot of rooms so it is cozy plus there is a pianist that is very entertaining. They made us feel like family.
This is a very short drive from the city, maybe 10 minutes max so worth getting out of the busy areas and not having to wait for a table.
