This facility is top-notch! So spacious. All size units available. Clean & well lit! We felt comfortable while unloading. Restroom was clean too!👍🏾

Nice place to store stuff. They have a big loading room and plenty of space to park a moving truck for loading.

The facility is really clean with wide hallways and big elevators. They have plenty of carts to make moving your stuff around easier. The staff in the office were super nice as well. The prices are a little high in my opinion, but the facility is top notch so you are getting what you pay for I suppose. Definitely would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

It was very pleasant to deal with the management of this place. They patiently explained all of our options as my wife and I debated what our needs were. They didn't try to talk us into anything and I was very pleased with both the cost and the size that we ended up with. They even gave us the option of changing our minds after the initial rental if we saw that the space was larger than our needs. I found the entire experience to be very easy including vacating when the time came.

The front desk personnel were very friendly. They answered all of our questions. We were able to look at the various size storage units and ask questions to help us narrow down the size we needed and whether we needed a climate controlled unit or not. Very helpful. When paying for the storage unit we were unaware of a cost savings special being run at the time. The front desk applied the savings. Very nice. I would recommend the Havre De Grace Stack & Store facility if needed a place to store their goods.

Even through their power outage, the staff was courteous and attentive. They were still smiling even though everything was dark. I worked with Grace and she was very nice. We bared the cold and some dark steps, but the flashlights on our phones came to the rescue. Thank you Stack and Store Self Storage Staff.

Dealing with the Uhaul website and main number was a nightmare.
I went directly to this facility. They found me a great price on rental and milage. Was in and out with a rental in less than a half hour.

Thalia and Bob are so great to work with - I've been renting with them on and off for almost 10 years! Their facility is always so clean and I feel completely secure storing my belongings there. I have even picked up my U-Haul from this location and it's SO convenient!

We moved back to Harford County after a few years away during Hurricane Sandy in 2012 and Thalia was so helpful, making sure we had a unit that was easy to unload into and a space for our things to dry out before packing them tightly. Now we are storing some things while we build our new house and we couldn't be happier to be back!

We looked at many storage units before deciding to use Stack and Store in HdG in May. We needed a place to keep nearly all our belongings while we look for a new home and job in a PA. We have been very pleased, as we had heard horror stories from friends about other storage places with ants, mice, mold, etc but we have had no issues in the 5 months at S&S.
The price in on the high end of the spectrum, but you get what you pay for. The entire facility is clean and secure and the climate controlled unit we have has always been as it should be. The access is great and the owners have been great as well. If you have stuff that you need to store and are concerned about it's environment I recommend S&S.

I've used this facility 3 or 4 times over the past decade, throughout my many moves and changes in situations. The couple that runs this place are the nicest and most sincere people you'll ever meet and the facility is clean, easy to maneuver and is a good value for the money. I've never been loyal to a storage facility before, but they have won me over.

Original post from July 2017: When I moved my things into storage last weekend, Thalia was there with cold water and encouragement that the move was almost over. She was a calm presence on a stressful day! Bob and Thalia are friendly and make signing up for a storage unit a smooth and streamlined process. I'm very happy with my choice!

2018 Update: Move out was seamless and Thalia came to the rescue again with an elevator pass so that I didn't have to keep keying in the code for the movers. I highly recommend this storage facility. The customer service is top-notch and the storage was worry-free for me during a difficult time in my life.

The owners were always with a smile no matter what time we came in to pay our bill. Our property was protected and we had no worries about our property being protected! If anyone would ask me I would with out any hesitation refer them to you. Thank you again for being so pleasant and taking care of our things!!

We have rented at the Havre de Grace location two times. Once for an outdoor unit and once for a temperature controlled unit. Both times were great experiences. For the outside unit we had downsized and needed time to sell our extra furniture & such. For the inside unit we had paintings and art pieces that couldn't withstand a high temperature or the humidity of an outdoor unit. The couple that runs this Stack Store are first rate! They know their business and are professional and courteous. If I ever needed a unit again, I would not hesitate to use them again.

She saw how much stuff I had and gave me a couple options which is very helpful since I was wondering the size I needed. The have different equipment to help you unload and get to your unit. Place is clean and climate control units are very helpful especially if you have electronic equipment. Elevators are huge.

This husband and wife team are the best!!! No matter what my ordeal was...and trust me I've had plenty with moving...they were very helpful and most willing to help accommodate me in any way. LOVE YOU GUYS!!
