I owned my house for 28 years and it needed major repairs and updating. I didn’t want to have to clean it out or fix anything so I looked into selling it to an investor. I got a couple, but went with Scott and Lillian with Patriot. They could not have been any nicer and accommodating! They gave me a very fair price considering the condition and how much junk was in the house after owning it all those years. I did not have to pay to fix anything or any sales commissions or closing cost. They have now fixed it all up and put it on the market and I can’t believe it’s the same house. It’s so beautiful and I’m so thrilled that they will be selling it to someone else to enjoy many years. I would call Scott and Lillian for any real estate needs, not only do they know the market, they were just so fun, and so nice to work with!
