Holiday Inn St. Louis Arpt West-Earth City, an IHG Hotel

We travel a lot for work and have stayed here more than a couple times. The hotel is going through some renovations but ever through all that the service has been more than stellar. From our check in with Daija’h who was more than friendly and accommodating to our needs to Rachel in the Elements bar and grills great service and the best beverages and relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We can never thank you enough. Again Daija’h and Rachel thank you so much! We look forward to staying again!

Me and my husband decided to stay here because it was snowing and had ice on the roads. We met the manager Mrs. Dion was such a sweet lady she helped us out even when they were fixing the water pipes and drying the floors. we had to change rooms due to fire safety. And Mrs. Dion gave us a discount and complimentary meal. Then we ate at the restaurant and met the waitress (Rachel) very sweet too and the manager of the restaurant.( Food was good) He was nice too. Anyways we will be back again soon. Thank y'all so much for being so friendly to us.. P.S. this Holiday Inn is a very clean place :)

This motel is under remodel but Rachel the bartender and waitress have treated us with the BEST service!!!!!!!! She has been amazing every time we have stayed!

In town for Christmas. Room was nice. Housekeeping was great. Hotel is close to the airport and 2 casinos. My third time staying at this hotel.

The pool was clean, smoking areas were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The lobby was clean and inviting and the restaurant was splendid. My breakfast was sooo good! A lot of food for the price as well! Very friendly staff! I will be back! My husband is a long haul truck driver so we frequently stay in hotels!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel 7-20-23, after we attended the Chris Stapleton concert.

The last few years have been EXTREMELY difficult for the both of us.
Between COVID, losing both parents, job loss, losing our home, along with other life changing events; emotionally, mentally and physically.

This was the 1st time in OVER 3 years that my wife and I went on a date, let alone an overnight one.

This was a gift for my wife's 43rd birthday and the staff at this Hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay; ensuring my wife felt absolutely special.

When we arrived our check in lady was not only professional, she was courteous, informative and hilarious 😂.

Once we got into our room, it EXCEEDED our expectations.

Every inch of the room was clean, the ONLY complaint I have about the room is the smell of stale cigarette smoke, which I'm sure with machines that can be eliminated.

I read some previous reviews and to be honest I'm asking myself; "is this the same hotel we are talking about"? Because there was nothing negative about our stay or our experience with staff members.

I hope that THIS Holiday Inn Express, takes the time to acknowledge and REWARD (not a "school pizza party" type of reward either) the staff working the day/night of our stay.
It is EXTREMELY RARE that every interaction with EVERY staff member be positive, so as a corporation you need to recognize your employees for making the choice to create a positive environment conducive for working, therefore resulting in HAPPY customers.

Corporations need and MUST remember that if it weren't for the FABULOUS employees, you wouldn't benefit as greatly as you do.

I HOPE your employees are recognized for all the hard work they do for you, because of you want to maintain AMAZING employees, you need to SHOW them they are appreciated and SEEN.

I stayed here for the NHRA Midwest Nationals on Saturday 9/30/2and noticed that the ac was not in my room. I had been in the sun all day and was hot and tired. They had no open rooms but they sent up a young maintenance guy named Antonio and he swapped out my ac in 10 minutes. He had a great attitude and was actually pleased to help. You DO NOT find good customer service very often these days. So I hope that the GM sees this review and recognizes him for the hardworking and dedicated young man that he is. He’s going somewhere, I promise. 👏

A beautiful hotel with tons of little touches that make it worthwhile. Large rooms, name brand soap, Co dictionary and shampoo in the rooms, fast free wifi, several charging ports & a free meeting room, plus a great restaurant on site.

My wife and I stayed here while attending the Nickleback concert at Hollywood Amphitheater. There was a shuttle to the event and back. The driver was a nice guy. The other hotel staff was really courteous and friendly.

USA Sled Hockey team stayed at this great location. I am speaking of my experience at this Holiday Inn.
Wonderful staff, clean room, facilities.

Booked this hotel for a day with my husband and kids. It was a nice quiet stay. They even provided a crib for my son to sleep in upon me requesting! We ate breakfast at the Elements restaurant. I wouldn't mind returning when we go back to St Louis. We enjoyed!

Just finished OSUT at Fort Leonard Wood and this was my first night off post in almost six months. As far as I am concerned, everything was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the food was great. I loved it.

Great place to sleep. Not noisy or anything vary relaxing. Restaurant in side needs at least someone there if your open went to lunch and sit for 30 minutes with out seeing any one even at the bar. So plan to eat elsewhere. Has the hotel is great and definitely be using it again for the next concert

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed. Very clean, Dove soap and shampoo dispensers in an extra karge shower that's so nice. Keurig coffee machines and so many amenities. Will stay again.

Hospitality is alive and well in Earth City! Holiday Inn sets the standard of quality that my artists look for on tour and this property upholds that standard. First of all this property is in a great location right near a major interstate and not far at all from Saint Louis. The location is clean and safe and also has plenty of parking for large vehicles with trailers. This property is big as well, 7 stories tall and also has an adjacent night club. I liked the beautiful brick facade on the outside of the structure. The lobby area is classy and classic, reminiscent of the grand hotels of days past. The restaurant/bar looked recently remodeled or brand new. Beds got voted most comfortable of this whole 36 day tour, perhaps they are memory gel. I also enjoyed the decent-sized and well maintained indoor swimming pool. Other band mates used the gym but I was too tired. This is a wonderful spot, flawless victory. Thanks team!

The hotel was nice and clean. All staff were very courteous. The room was nice with comfy beds and pillows. Also had an area to sit outside with tables and chairs.. (this is also an area for those that smoke), but it was very peaceful and spread out. We didnt use the pool, but it looked nice as well. The best part was the shuttle to the airport.

This was a nice hotel in suburban St. Louis, just Northwest of downtown by the airport. The parking lot was large and well lit and the staff got us checked in promptly. The lobby was big and spacious and had snacks and drinks for sale and a lounge area. The rooms were clean and newly renovated and plenty spacious. We were out early so we didn't really get to take advantage of that many amenities. There wasn't free continental breakfast but there was a restaurant in the lobby, but even better they had free coffee, because we had to hit the road and keep moving. This was the perfect hotel for what we need it for as business travelers and we'd definitely stay again when we're passing through.

I stayed in room 617 for a brief overnight. Check in was a breeze. The hotel was kind of warm, but the a/c worked wonderfully in the room. It was very clean. Shower worked great. Plenty of outlets by the bed to plug in electronics. Fridge kept my beverages nice and cold. Bed was super comfy with came with plenty of pillows. Check out was at noon, which was very generous. The bar and pool were closed because of the pandemic. No fault to them. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great staff! Left something at the hotel about 5 weeks ago. Called a few days later. When we arrived this time they had it!! Friendly and very honest staff. Also very clean and safe area.
