This place is very clean, the rates are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Greg at the front desk is AWESOME!! He is kind, helpful, funny, and a hard worker. We are really enjoying a long stay while waiting for our rental to be ready

The only thing I did not like is $150 charge they hold until check out. That's a lot... other than that EVERYTHING was so good. Cleanest hotel I've ever seen. ♥

The hotel and staff are wonderful. I have stayed several times Greg Michael and Frank and the whole staff are wonderful. Just wanted to bring something to your attention that took place the week before Christmas holiday I had called in to check to see if yall had rooms available the girl that answered the phone was very rude and short with me on the phone I spoke to Michael about the incident but wanted to mention to Frank as well just to make him aware. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work.

Greg, the front desk concierge at the hotel, was the best thing about our stay. His professionalism, care, and attention to his guests is high class. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable, from helping us with a room change, to making sure we were amply supplied with every linen and towel needed. Greg is a true asset to the hotel and I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting.

Great hotel just a short drive from St. Charles. Everything you need to make a longer stay comfortable, but we were only there for one night. Incredibly personable staff, would absolutely stay here again.

The moment we checked in we were greeted by Greg. His energy was amazing the entire say. With all the other guest he encountered he recalled previous conversations we had with him. What great customer service. All the staff we encountered was friendly. The room was an nice size and the location was a 10 minute drive to all the places we were going to visit. The only thing I needed was a softer bed due to my back. Thank you to Greg for making this a great stay and thanks to Rodney for checking us out and letting me take pictures.

This place was really surprising. It had everything I needed for an extended stay for work but so do other “extended stay” hotels- however- I seriously doubt any of them could beat the fantastic service and amazing people who work here. I was fortunate to stay here 2x recently and both times were great. The beds are actually comfortable and they give you plenty of fluffy pillows!!! The climate control actually works and the water pressure is great! There is not one bad thing that I can say about this Sonesta. I will give a shout out to management because you have compiled one hell of a team working there! Everyone who I encountered that works there had amazing attitudes and were just very hospitable!!! I am very impressed!

We have stayed multiple times specifically for the full refrigerator and kitchenette. Hubby has special diabetic needs and we bring our own food. Our first stay was for 3 weeks right after a hospital release. Was able to start light rehab right there is the onsite without area. Laundry facilities is an amazing plus! Lending library of kitchen appliances, games, books available as well. My negative is a slight smell in the room that doesn't set well with me, so I bring air freshener with me. We have stayed 4 times in less than 2 years and will continue to return!!

1. Upon entering the hotel my olfactory senses were amazed at how amazing it smelled in there.
2. Greg was professional and personable; management give that man a raise and promote him to GM.
3. I’m glad I didn’t go to the Mar&@$ because the room was freaking amazing and so was the price.

Hubby and I are over the road truckers and our dispatchers whose trailers we use are located in Bridgeton, Missouri. When we have a couple days before heading out or until we pick up or deliver, we usually treat ourselves to a hotel for a night or two just to get better rest and to get a good shower.
Now when we need a hotel we got to our app Vio , which is where we find cheap hotels for an affordable price, being owner operator sometimes money is tight so we try getting the best but for less, whatever amenities or benefits come with are simply a bonus, like this time this place has FREE washing and drying literally FREE along with gym equipment FREE

Everything was great about our 8 day stay here. All of the staff we saw were very friendly and welcoming. We had one minor bathroom sink issue which was easily resolved.

Had a great experience this past weekend at the Sonesta Simply Suites in Earth City. We had a very affordable Queen Studio Suite, and everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. G at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We plan to make this our "home away from home" whenever we are back in this area.

The entire staff from the front desk people ( Rodney and Johnathon) to the General Manager (Frank) to the Housekeeping and Maintenance personal was very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were clean and really did make me feel like a home away from home. I found this Hotel by accident but will definitely be coming back anytime I am in the St. Louis area

I travel for work every month and I must say that when I come to MO, I love staying in this hotel. They know I work nights and they always make sure I get a quiet room. The staff is amazing but as usual we all have our favorite child. I love Andre’s hospitality and he always goes out of his way to make me feel at home and very welcome. My company knows that when I come to this area that they just book me at Sonesta. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel and the friendly staff. I feel very happy and comfortable when I stay here. This is my home away from home.

The staff we interacted with during our stay were incredibly nice folks. Room was great, like a basic studio apartment equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave, electric cooktop, some utensils, plates, and glasses provided. The bed and recliner were both very comfy. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Sure, it's not brand new. This location is a rebranded former Candlewood Suites, but for what I paid through AAA it was a great value compared to many other options in my price range for a prime Friday and Saturday night in the St. Louis area. The deposit is a little high($150), but it was promptly refunded within a few days. Recommended!

The staff was fantastic! We were greeted by 3 different people. Greg was so nice and made us feel so welcome. We had asked for some gloves to do some shopping and he didn’t even hesitate to give some to us. The rooms were very clean. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights for our anniversary weekend. It was beautiful! The staff was very friendly, all the accommodations were great, great location, and very well kept establishment! The only thing that they could do to make it better, is to make sure the drapes can close over the entire windows instead of the shears. The light from the parking lot shined into the room at night and of course daylight, but overall we were very pleased with our stay.
