Residence Inn by Marriott St. Louis Airport/Earth City

Thank you for being pet friendly. We stayed last year on a road trip and I'm happy to have stayed again on the way to Colorado, and plan to stay again on the way back to Pennsylvania. The beds are comfy, the full kitchen is great, breakfast in the morning was good with a lot of options. The two bedroom suite worked very well for myself, my dog, my parents and their dog.

The hotel was a convenient hop and skip away from the airport, with shuttle service available during the daytime. The pool wasn't open when we were there, but we were able to borrow a basketball at the front desk and use their court. The best part of our stay was the wonderful care the team provided. Marilyn, in particular, was wonderful to work with. She made sure our large family group had opportunities to sit together for breakfast and find rooms closer together. She went above and beyond her role, and made the stay great for us.

After many days of traveling we were really only looking for a place to stop. This place was awesome! We were able to check in early. The place was clean and welcoming and the front desk personnel were polite and efficient. On the way to our room I was pleased to see clean hallway carpeting and elevators. Our room was great! It was spacious and clean. There was a full refrigerator and dishes for for each of us. It didn't take much for me to get to sleep on the comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK. I didn't care for the turkey sausage but everything else was good. We have always been happy staying at Marriott properties and if in the Earth City area again will definitely stay here.

All good for an overnight stay on a cross country drive with two dogs. I was travelling with my dog and my parents and their dog. Having a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette was perfect. We all had our own space (2 bathrooms!) And I couldn't even hear my parents snoring lol! It was quiet and clean, I had no issues. The evening staff was great, so helpful and brought us a hairdryer and ice when our ice maker in the freezer was being slow. The breakfast was great, with lots of options. I would recommend staying and would stay here again if I'm in the area.

I worked here 19 years ago and its just as I remembered. The staff still goes out of their way to be friendly and the breakfast has upgraded so much( old job) lol. The rooms are still clean and very comfortable. Amazing how 19 years later and you guys still on the Good Customer Service first. Keep up the good work.

Rooms and service were good. Area was a little sketchy.

I went here for my niece's wedding and after the first snafu at the front desk all was well. I felt like people were very attentive and made sure that my stay was uneventful yet perfect. Kudos to Marilyn and Mark. Tara too.

Excellent stay! Comfortable, clean room with full kitchen. Convenient location by airport and many restaurants. Fantastic hot/cold buffet breakfast. The egg white/kale/tomato frittatas were awesome! Thanks for a great visit!

Very helpful staff: ESPECIALLY the young lady who worked maybe the 3p-11p shift. She was extremely sweet and patient (I traveled with my (2) young daughters and she always assisted us effortlessly). The woman who worked the shift after her (absolutely loved her vibe!) was very empathetic and attentive when it came to personally addressing issues that arose in the middle of the night. She was both prompt and proficient. Last, but certainly not least, was a woman there during the morning shift who was beyond understanding and pleasant. She graciously assisted me at check-out in a professional, reasonable. and eloquent manner—addressing a few inconveniences during my stay. The sheer professionalism and customer care these women provide are the ONLY reason why my review is a 5 and not a 3 or lower. Great customer service is near extinction, but you’re guaranteed that and a clean, comfortable room if you stay here.

Had to go to St. Louis because a family member was sick and we stayed at the Residence. Such nice folks and the room was huge! The bed was super comfortable. They have a lovely continental breakfast each morning. Very nice.

wonderful hotel! everyone is so kind and the room layout is very convenient. the whole hotel is kept very clean and offers lots of amenities from laundry to an exercise room. i had a great time staying here.

Marilyn, Anthony, and Donna took the BEST care of my friends and I while we stayed here. We had a teaching conference at the Marriott near the airport, but wanted to stay in a larger room. This hotel stay was the best I’ve ever had because of those three employees. The room was large and perfectly accommodated us with the 2 room suite and 2 bathrooms, but it was the service that made the difference. They were always kind and available to help us from shuttling us back and forth to our conference and the airport to making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. What a difference they made!

I didn't stay here but my car ran hot one morning going to work and I ended up on their parking lot (thanx to county police). The front desk employee, a beautiful young lady was very helpful allowing me to use the phone, tying it up a few times to get help. She even went the extra mile to come get me when my friend called me back! Beautiful people there. Thank you guys for being there for me! Kudos to you!!!

The furniture is old and it smells old or musty. However everything was clean and neat. The bathroom gets a 10. Love a clean bathroom.

The staff here are amazing. I am a frequent Marriott customer and this location goes above and beyond. I had an error booking my stay that was all my fault and the front desk staff modified my reservation without any hesitation saving me over $100. The room was clean as expected however there were not the usual toiletries like soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The market had a good selection and was very stocked however there wasn't a diet soda option which did surprise me. Overall it was a positive stay and I will stay here again when I travel to St. Louis.

As with just about every Marriott stay, very satisfied! Clean, comfortable room, friendly and accommodating staff. Only knock this time was our mattress was starting to sag in the middle, kept rolling into the pit! Other than that, NO complaints and would definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay for an extended period. Visiting for work. Modern decor, spacious suites complete with a full size kitchenette. Attentive staff, clean rooms and facilities. My room was cleaned daily. Yummy breakfast including a variety of hot items, fruit, cereal, coffee, milk and juices. Belgian Waffles were my favorite! Utilized the hotel shuttle frequently, Donna and Anthony were amazing! Definitely recommend!

We stayed here before we hopped an early flight. Good location, service was fast and pleasant. Room was just right, clean, spacious.

Great hotel. The hotel room is clean an spacious. They serve hot breakfast daily and hot dinner Mon to Thurs (though Thursday is just soups and salads).

WiFi is good.

The staff was responsive to all my requests.
- elevator smelled funny ... smell gone next day
- thermostat broke ... fixed
- changed rooms to get one separate bedroom ... changed ASAP and let us check out late to do it.

I was in St. Louis for a conference and stayed off site at this hotel. I am so very pleased with the services provided here. The staff were wonderful to chat with, gave great advice, and so very kind. The hotel shuttle drive me to the conference each day and anywhere I liked to go in a five mile radius. There's a nice hot breakfast bar, too!
