During this most difficult time, making arrangements for my beloved Grandmother, I had the pleasure of working with Amy, not only was she very knowledgeable, but she was so compassionate, carings and most importantly understanding. She helped me and my Grandfather throughout the entire process. She answered every call, every question, and made things very easy for us, I will highly recommend this company, especially “Amy” for your cremation services.

During such a difficult time of maneuvering through tough decisions, Amy Nelson took the time to listen and ensure our fathers final wishes were honored. They patiently explained what to expect and what was needed from us. They took a load of responsibilities off our plate and made the experience seamless. We were able to focus on family and mourn. Cremation Society of Missouri handled my mom's cremation from start to finish thoughtfully and carefully. Amy Nelson and Jessica Brinkman were both incredibly kind, responsive and patient. They provided me pricing options for all cremation services. Given that my mom and I are both very environmentally conscious, I opted for hydrolysis (water cremation), which is a slight, but worthwhile premium. The guidance they provided on the number of death certificates I would need was also very helpful. Jessica was incredibly patient as I called various places to ascertain how many original copies I would need. Since I don't live in the same state my mom was cremated in, they kindly agreed to hold on to her ashes for me until I can get back to Missouri to pick them up and advised they will provide me with a TSA letter so that I can fly with her ashes. And, they also indicated they could provide separate packets for my mom's ashes so that I may spread them in different places throughout the world since she (and I) love to travel. Signing all documents via Docusign and paying via CC over the phone made the process seamless and convenient. On the day my mom passed, Cremation Society of Missouri had taken my mom into their care within 4 hours and handled everything seamlessly and efficiently that day. Thanks very much to Cremation Society of Missouri for making a tough and daunting process a little easier.

I was truly blessed to have Amy and Jessica walk me through this difficult process. These women were kind, compassionate, and professional. Because we did not have life insurance, this was a reasonable priced but dignified service to use. I am grateful for how well we were treated.

Amy and Jessica are truly amazing! They were so kind and considerate to my father and me when we were having to make arrangements for my sister in Florissant, MO. We are from Lilburn, GA and having to deal with traveling and coordinating, they seriously could not have made this experience any easier than they did and I would recommend them to anyone because of how well they took care of us. Such sweet sweet people and I'll never forget them. Wonderful people and the prices for their services I highly doubt could be matched,extremely reasonable and beautiful at the same time. The staff was very kind and very helpful during one of the most difficult times of my life. Considering the circumstances one would be in need of services such as these I would wish I never have to recommend, but as death is a natural part of life, I couldn't have asked for a better experience from this group. Kindness, compassion, and care for both me and my loved one.
