Exceptional. As a life long runner.... & Running show buyer I was pleased they brought out the bells & whistles & went the extra mile. Even for a kids show. .... went to several big box places for children shoes. Nothing special. @ FFC Newport, they were great friendly, & patient with the kids. Will recommend, & most definitely go back . .

We walked in were greeted immediately. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and process of measuring your feet. The technology they have to make sure that you were getting the shoes that are right for your feet works great!

I have gone to Fleet Feet stores before. This one is a slightly older location than others I have been too. But the customer service and attention to detail never disappoints. The store associate (I forget his name) was super nice, listening to my concerns and teaching me a few things about sneakers I was trying on compared to what I had on and have worn previously.

Stopped in the Newport store on Saturday to buy a new pair of running shoes. Was greeted and an employee answered all my questions, 3D scanned my feet, and selected 3 options for me. I purchased the middle option. Everything felt professional and I love my new shoes! Thank you Fleet Feet!

I was having ankle pain due to knee issues, and I wanted a pair of shoes that would support and give some relief. Amy was my guide, and she evaluated my feet and suggested shoes and inserts that would help me. I am very happy with my experience and my purchases, and I'd return.

My daughter was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendinitis. She was in a boot for three weeks and had been given an insert from the orthopedic doctor. When she came out of the boot and was weight bearing she was still having pain under her arch which was low… we came here as a recommendation from a friend who is a PTA. The associate listened to our concerns, performed the foot scan, and provided recommendations for inserts and shoes! My daughter has been pain free now for 6 days!! Thank you!

Its the oldtime experience of going into a shoe store. The guys that work there are very friendly and informative! My experience was so great, i have been telling my coworkers about going there! I will go back again

Purchased 3 pairs of shoes here and the lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job! Love my new kicks and would highly recommend them if you need any sort of walking/running shoe.

I recently had hammer toe surgery. My toes are still a bit swollen. All the other shoes I was wearing hurt my surgery foot. I purchased a pair of Hoka gym shoes. I can now walk without pain. My new gym shoes are wide enough to give me the comfort I needed. I highly recommend these gym shoes to anyone.,

Loved this specific Fleet feet experience, although I didn’t buy shoes, I did get my feet scanned and got personalized recommendations for running shoes and insoles from Riley. She was fantastic and very attentive as well as knowledgeable!!! Thank you tons!

The staff provided great assistance in assessing my girlfriend's foot pain that occurred with her prior shoes and providing recommendations for other shoes. She is very happy with her purchase. They also noticed my back pain and provided me with a theragun to use while I waited.
