Republic Bank

I've banked here for over 12 years. This is a great bank with an amazing staff. I would recommend this branch to other local businesses in the area, they've always been very easy to work with and the team there goes the extra mile. Very friendly and helpful.

Deposited a cashiers check from PNC from my mothers estate. They said that it wouldn’t clear for 7 days. My siblings cashed into their banks a check of same amount and they cleared in 2days. Holding my money for 5 extra days is criminal. The kicker is my wife and I have been with Republic for approximately 30 years and have had mortgages also. Time to change banks.

Very disappointed at the quality of service. I opened an account a few months ago and made sure that I got overdraft protection. Well long story short, someone got my bank info and made a purchase that overdrafted my account and republic bank only refunded a portion of the funds (not the daily overdraft fee's though) and it was a total hassle to get it corrected and ultimately I still ended up losing money. Gave a 2 star rating because the bank tellers were friendly.
