Ceredo Kenova Animal Clinic

After our long time vet unexpectedly shutdown, I called the CK clinic with our youngest dog’s terrible ear infection. The office staff worked her in the same day. Mollie received top notch treatment from the techs and Dr Smith.
Dr Smith took a lot of time examining and talking w/ me about her issues!
Goes without saying, we’ve found our new vet clinic!

I can’t express enough how much gratitude I have for Dr Smith and her technician. My Kitty was at the end of his life, and they really tried to find a way to help him before letting him be euthanized at my discretion. They went above and beyond, and didn’t charge me like his life didn’t matter because I am broke. They did bloodwork, X-rays, and sure there was nothing else that could be done to save him (he had a big cancerous lump in his stomach, which caused kidney failure). They had never met him, yet they treated him like he was their baby. Even the tech looked like she teared up when my Kitty took his final breath. They didn’t rush the process, didn’t charge me hundreds of dollars, and made sure he got to come home with me in a nice box with a clay paw print press of his. I truly wish I had the words to describe how much their thoughtfulness and compassion through one of the toughest times in life means to someone like me. Please take your pet here. If they treat someone random like me with so much care and love, you won’t be sorry for bringing your baby here too. My Kitty will be severely missed, and he gave me 8 years of his life and the best 8 years in mine.

I can’t tell you how happy I am we found Dr Smith. She listened to me about my sweet boy Cotton when no one else would! And now he’s on the mend

I take all my 4 cats here and all the staff are amazing and so caring! They do an amazing job!

I can’t say enough great things about the staff of CK Animal Clinic! My fur baby had to have her eye removed and everyone there was so good to her, they treated her like she was their own. She got the best care and everyone was so helpful. I won’t take my pets anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Smith for always loving and caring for my fur baby even though she is a nervous wreck and constantly barks, she loves you! Thank you Dr. Davis for coming in on your day off to perform the surgery and doing such a great job of caring for my baby. Thank you Marsha and Janis for keeping this momma at ease and putting up with my constant phone calls. Thank you Brenda, Jason, and Kassie for all you have done to make sure my baby is comfortable and cared for. You all rock! There are so many wonderful things about this vet office, but mostly it feels like they are family! We love you!

If I could give them ten stars I would give them Ceredo Kevona Animal Clinic.I have never had a vet (or staff/team) as caring, thoughtful and committed as Ceredo Kenova Animal Clinic and Dr. Stephanie Smith. I have had my dog for over ten years and never had a vet as wonderful as them. I cannot thank them enough and cannot recommend them higher. They see one of our three dogs every week and truly love him like their own.

Just came from CK Animal ER and I could not be happier. The staff and Dr. were fantastic, friendly, very sympathetic to my blubbering over my cat, efficient, and ALWAYS discussed the charge for any procedure they had in mind. What a fantastic experience. Best of all, I didn't have to put kitty down and she's resting on my lap. Thumbs up!

They are very knowledgeable about pet care. Our dog, Bandit, has been a patient of the clinic for 2yrs.

I called just now to ask about payment plans for my daughter's dog and the lady said nobody does and while I was talking she hung up on me. Unprofessional for sure and Def won't ever be taking any animal there.

I brought my old dying sick siamese cat into this office a few years ago hoping for some sort of hope or direction. After 18 years, I was well aware that her time had come to leave this world. I just wanted for it to happen as painlessly as possible. The ladies in the office were sarcastic, rude, and genuinely careless on a level that I would never have expected from people who's livelihood depended on working closely with animal lovers. The lady behind the counter made me feel ten times worse with her attitude and misplaced humor. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I have spent the time since this happened telling anyone who has mentioned this place about my experience. Terrible people! Of course I don't blame them for the death of my cat. I blame them for there customer service.. i had and have to this day never experienced such a condescending lack of compassion and professional courtesy. Go somewhere else if you can. Do not give these clowns your money.

I took my sick old German Shepard there, they were rude and uncaring. The only thing they care about is money. They kept my dog all day, I had to come and take him to the animal ER in Kenova that night because they couldnt keep him. He had had and be put to sleep that night. I'm not sure why they made him suffer all day other than for money. The ER staff said he was in bad shape and wouldnt make it the night so we put him to sleep.

I called couldn't even get an appointment my dog was was attacked by pit bull thanks for nothing.
