I have had positive experiences at this very small facility-I've been pleased with the care for myself and family. Providers are caring, skillful and thorough. When a family member needed an outside referral, the referral process when smoothly and there was excellent communication with the referral team. The pharmacy has a texting option to activate prescriptions, which saves a trip and time. The facility is clean and organized. Active duty members/civilians are clearly hard at work, caring for our military members, their families and retirees. I'm grateful to have access to these services.

Always has Been a pleasure when visiting. I mainly use optometry and they alone get the entire clinic a 5* rating. MAJ Corridor and Mr Ross are excellent optometrists.

Waited two and a half hours just to be told to take over the counter medication that I’ve been taking for a week awesome work ethic guys truly amazing.

Please pack a lunch if you have to pick up or activate any meds or referrals. A 30 minute wait is probably the minimum. I have been sitting here to activate a referral today for 35 minutes. Drove here because no one will pick up any of the 3 numbers they have listed on their site.

Update: 45 minutes and still not getting called back

The pharmacy is very slow, because they are either lazy or just under staffed, I'm not sure which it is. They only have a few doctors and there have several nurses, but whenever I need one they are always busy of course. They are supposed to call back in 72 hours, this usually doesn't happen, generally I have to call them back in 3 days myself and remind them and then they say they forgot, or make up another excuse. If you are filling a new prescription you will be waiting at least up-to an hour in the pharmacy waiting area. Most people don't like waiting that long. Good luck if u get stationed here, the club and bowling alley staff have gotten much worse, from the five years we have been here. Luckily and thank god we are out of here in Nov.
