Dr. Bonnie & her staff are always great! But in this instance they went above and beyond the call of duty to reassure us that our fur baby was going to be ok. They have genuine care and concern for all our pets and have gone above and beyond to help us when we needed them most. The appointment went excellent. Both cats were treated for fleas and given shots to help them get through all of this. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. Very satisfied.

I love that you can request and confirm appointments online on the Pet Desk app and Ive contacted the Boswell Animal Clinic for a few questions before my first visit by email and they responded within 24 hours. Appointments are very flexible and the place smells amazing as soon as you walk in with loads of options on dog treats and dog food in the lobby. All staff was very friendly as well as the many other customers who walked in while I was waiting for the Vet. Can’t wait to bring my pup to her next few vaccination visits.

i have been using Boswell Animal Clinic and Dr. Bonnie since 1998. I have had 5 dogs over the years with Dr. Bonnie as their Vet. Never been disappointed in her or any of her staff. The staff has always been very nice, friendly and very knowledgeable.. I have 3 dogs now under their care.

Dr. Bonnie is so amazing with all 3 of our dogs! Our lab/pit mix is such a baby at the vet and hyperventilates and shakes uncontrollably. Dr. Bonnie and the vet techs will pet on him, give him endless treats, and baby talk to him until he calms down a little before they start the exam. Offered for us to bring in our dogs any time we wanted just to get a treat so they'd get more comfortable going to the vet. Can not say enough wonderful things!

I've been a pet owner since 1980 and have experienced several veterinarians in several cities and honestly this entire establishment is far above one of the best. The staff is friendly and helpful and the veterinarians are loving and kind and treat your pets like children. I just wish all pets and owners could have this type of vet situation. Honestly they are the BEST!

Dr. Bonnie at Boswell Animal Clinic is the salt of the earth. We are SO lucky we found her when moving to Columbus eight years ago. I was worried when we left a large city with many qualified vets that we wouldn't find one on par with the ones we'd had. Boy, was I wrong. My dogs are beloved family members, and I trust Dr. Bonnie to do what's right for them and for us. She not only makes sure they get what they need, she makes sure it's done in the most cost effective way for us. Not many vets are that concerned about her clients.

The staff at Boswell Clinic are efficient and pleasant. I know I can rely on them to handle any small issues for me or to get my pets in to Dr. Bonnie for an appointment ASAP where her loving, common sense demeanor and comprehensive veterinary knowledge make her the perfect vet for us.

Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Bonnie always takes the time to patiently and thoroughly explain her observations and concerns. All staff show the utmost effort in making our pets as comfortable as possible throughout the visit.

They are VERY good with our dogs. Couldn't recommend it enough.
