Not too dirty sorta ran down in some places but affordable trailers for rent and they are in decent shape and as far as I can tell from one visit friendly people in neighborhood

Where's the Code Enforcement Officer?
The Employees are a great group of people and they do a fantastic job with what they have to work with. The owners won't furnish the equipment and supplies needed for the repairs and upkeep of the homes. If the owners would provide the needed materials for repairs and cosmetics then it would attract Renters. The current residents are hard working, middle aged and a few seniors and are decent people.,There aren't any druggies or dealers so far but if it keeps declining then it's going to attract a bad crowd of people. You get what you pay for!
