I live in Martinsburg WV & daughter attends Marshall U. Her WV had a warranty issue & sat at a local dealer for a month waiting to get looked at. I reached out to Jeff S. (Amazing man) & he had me contact Scott and the crew. They said sir we’ll take care of your daughters’ scar. They assisted me with contacting a towing company to get it to their shop. They assisted me in Communication with the warranty company, got the car their in a few days, diagnose the problem in a day and got engine delivered, replaced etc. in little over 2 week.
“I didn’t buy the car there & they could have turned the other way & not be bothered”. But I’m so glad they didn’t. So for sales or service I’d recommend these guys without hesitation.
After all a few hundred out of pocket is not bad for that engine replacement. wish I had enough to buy the whole crew dinner.
