Dr Steff, the front desk staff Jennifer and Jessica and Brandy are all amazing. They do wonders with very little. Whoever oversee this office gets amazing value for money, because they all work very hard and have an amazing customer/patient centered focus. I wish l had had a team like this when l was managing in the health service.

Ms. Stephanie is the absolute nicest person I’ve ever met. She is the first doctor I have been to that I could tell she actually listened to me and wanted to help me. She helped me figure out what I needed and gave me her best recommendations. I’m very glad I found her.

Stefanie Canipe is a good listener. Always goes over your medical issue's and explains the results of x-rays, labs & referrals. If you have a question regarding your health care just ask... she's the best doctor I had in along time... Thank you so much for caring.

The doctors and nurses and staff had some big shoes to fill so to speak when they took over Newport Family practice. The old practice had been there for so long that it seemed like they would never not be there.
Then they were gone. JCMC I believe has more then stepped up to the plate. Going to a new doctor can be a scary ordeal. Going to a new doctor in the same building your old doctor used to be in even more so. The staff that run this outfit are just amazing. I know I am in good hands when it comes to my health just like I was when Ryan was my doctor in this same building. Different look and different people, same feel of safety and welcome.

Dr. Stafford is a very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He listened carefully to all of my concerns and to my answers to his questions. He asked questions about many different health issues from past visits. He spent a lot of time with me and for that I am very thankful. He has an easy going manner and friendliness that made my visit a lot less stressful. I am thankful he has joined JCMC.

Amazing visit with Danielle. She is awesome to deal with and makes going to the Doctor a pleasant time. Very knowledgeable and a great personality.

I absolutely love Danielle Tupes! I went to her for arthritis treatment and she ended up saving my life. I've been told I had a heart murmur since I was a child, but was never told to have it checked. She didn't like how it sounded and sent me for testing and to a cardiologist. Thank God she did because I ended up having open heart surgery 4 months later to replace my aortic valve. She is very attentive, answers all my questions, and is very thorough with any examinations or assessments I may need. 10/10 Definitely recommend!!!

I’m very happy with this facility and their staff. Danielle is kind, caring, and really listens to her patients. All the staff has been very nice and helpful.

Stephanie Canipe is amazing. I can always get an appointment right away sometimes even same day. Also the appointments are very fast there's barely any waiting time. She doesn't rush you though, she's a great listener and has always done everything possible to solve my issue. If she can't solve it then she will find someone who will.

Just found out that Ms. Tupes will be leaving JCMC and heading down to Florida. I almost cried. She has been an excellent DNP for me. Very professional and knowledgeable. She also seemed to really care and wanted to help with my different needs. She will be greatly missed by me. Florida is getting a real gem.

Usually am seen within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment. Stephanie is the BEST! She is thorough, and a very good diagnostician.

Stephanie is very thorough, she listens and remembers. She always takes care to make sure that both she and you understand what is happening. She always includes you and your feelings before making decisions about treatment and follow up. I highly recommend her.

Stephane Canipe is awesome. She’s very attentive and never hesitates to send me in the right direction is she is unable herself to help me. She soooo easy to talk to and I genuinely know she cares about me and my health.

JCMC has a great staff! We needed someone like Stephanie Canipe,DNP, locally in Newport (where I live). She is caring & listens to you. I feel like I can put my trust in her for my care.

Danielle has changed my life. Iv tried every medication under the sun for anxiety and depression and everything else. After multiple attempts she finally found the one by that has changed my life. I'm 48 years old and have never felt so happy about life as I do now. So nice to not be anxious and short tempered anymore. Which has helped change my family as well. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Doctor was awesome, listened to my needs and concerns and gave input on what would be the best route to tackle my issues. Very knowledgeable, looking forward to working with her and getting my health back on track

Danielle is a great clinician and will be sorely missed as she moves upward and onward in her new position in Florida.

Routine visit to have blood work done and to go over medications plus add new ones if needed. Stephanie is the very best. She listens to you and always give the best advice, I absolutely love her.
