Got referred to this repair shop and boy am I so happy I did! They said they were booked until 6/11 when I called a week before June. They said in between cancelations they would look at it. They gave me clear answers on my estimate and how the repair would work. I felt like I had the best car and they took great care of my baby! She's running better than ever and I couldn't have asked for a faster turn around with all that was wrong with it or better people to work on it! Thank you David and Joe! You're the only ones I trust to take care of my car!!! Best repair shop in town!

The service was fast and pleasant. The gentleman even delayed his lunch a few minutes to inspect my car. Interesting things to look at in the lobby while you wait too.

Went to get my motorcycle inspected and the owner stopped what he was doing and walked outside and took care of my inspection immediately. Great Service! I will be back to get my Handlebars installed!

Great automotive repair shop with fantastic customer service. I received timely updates about my vehicle and it was repaired quickly and efficiently. Upon paying I realized I was short fifty bucks, and Dave was kind enough to waive the leftover cost. His quality of business and courtesy is unmatched anywhere in Havelock. I'll be recommending this establishment to friends and fellow Marines all around Cherry Point.

My inspection was not right in the system (not because of them) They got me back in ASAP to get things straightened out. Great service and down to earth people. Keep up the awesome work.

Dave and his wife did an excellent job on taking care of my project. I believe they try the best they can to do a good job and make sure the customer is happy. It’s tough out there! Maybe six stars?

Really great and accommodating. Super nice, and reasonable rates. I was traveling and ran into issues and they got me right in and fixed up in no time. I sat in their waiting are and was able to work using their wifi. I can’t say enough good about them!

If you want someone honest with a fair price, talk to Dave at Community Auto. I had some complicated work done on my BMW. Something went wrong during the repair but Dave didn’t charge me for it, even though it cost him extra time and money. I appreciate the honesty! It took several weeks to figure out, but he got it done. Community Auto has parts and labor warranty. My car is back to normal and running great. Thank you again Dave!!

Straight forward, no nonsense. State inspection on a Monday with a Wednesday appt to fix the e-brake. I was in by 9am with no customers in front of me and I waited only a couple hours for the part to come in and the job to be complete. Aptly named, I recommend Community Auto Center for state inspections and good work, and somewhere you can count on.

Awesome service both times I've been here! I've taken my jeep here to get inspected and to get my husbands truck AC fixed (2 separate times the last few months). Not only was the AC fixed perfectly but David was extremely busy and made sure I was dealt with quickly. I really appreciate his knowledge and respect with me and with our vehicles. The jeep was inspected quickly and the AC now blows cold in the truck, ready for next year. I will always take my vehicles here! Thanks, David!

Great service. Didn't sell me something that they couldn't tell if it was broken or not. I would say they are as honest as your bathroom mirror.

Thought I had an expensive issue. Turned out that I didn't. Asked them to double check my truck and they said it was all good. Little embarrassing because my battery was the main issue. My spouse got my truck and he saved us about 400 something dollars. Nice vibe and nothing negative to say. Only place I'll go for now on when in North Carolina

Community Auto does both cars & motorcycle repairs/installs. I take my bike there faithfully & the work is always top tier. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

Dale is an amazing and honest mechanic who will go out of his way to make sure you and your family are safe and you aren't gouged financially. He is an honest mechanic which is really hard to come by and I'll never ever go anywhere else. I send all my friends here.

The owner can be a little rough on you especially when your as dumb as I am 😂🤣😂but I like this place a lot. The lady who works the office is really nice.

Great place, Easy to talk with, researches and gives options, let's you know the important things that need to be fixed first, very knowledgeable, I will be doing business with them again.
