Bowden & Carr Furniture

Excellent customer service! I bought a power reclining sofa from Bowden and Carr nearly 3 years ago. We recently had an issue with the motor and with one phone call they had another motor order and on the way free of charge. I don't live in the area any more but if I did I wouldn't go anywhere else for my furniture needs.

Excellent professional people to deal with. Tony resolved an issue with a leather recliner very promptly.
My thanks , my wife and I highly recommend you to our friends and will be purchasing again from them as the need arises. Also delivery personnel very friendly and personable. You just don’t get that service from big box stores,

I highly recommend the store. After visiting many local furniture stores, I was pleasantly surprised to find quality furniture and a knowledgeable and professional sales person. They were honest about when things would be available for delivery (even when the news wasn't good). I am a fan of lazy boy quality and I found a great sofa and several other pieces for our new home. They will be my go to furniture store from now on.

I purchased a sectional right off their showroom floor. Unfortunately, after just a few months I started having issues with the fabric and sagging of the attached back pillows. I took my concerns to the store and I was pleasantly surprised when they acted immediately and helped me file a claim. They assisted me in picking out a new fabric from the performance line and in 8 weeks, I had a new sectional. Amazing customer service!

Friendly and helpful staff. No pressure relaxed atmosphere. Let's you take your time and browse at your own pace. Good prices and quality merchandise. Big selection. Delivery was just as promised, on time, and the delivery crew was friendly and careful with the merchandise.

My car broke down out front. The lady working there was by herself and was being pulled in every direction. Even so, she was incredibly kind and personable. I wish I was in the market for new furniture. Definitely check them out... If they'll treat a random guy that broke down in their parking lot so well, I'd venture to say they'll do almost anything for their customers.
