This is not "Shoe Dept. Encore", it's Shoe Show, and if you enter in Shoe Show to GPS it takes you to some corporate business firm down the road. So, besides that mixup, this Shoe Show was actually the most hospitable and polite one I've been to! Great prices and good quality as always.

Easily found in Shelby, located right next to Chic Fil A in the Cleveland Mall which made grabbing shoes and lunch on my lunch break a breeze!
