We were treated very well and they had and wonderful sale going on.

Belk is always a stop for us no matter what town we are in. The Waynesville Belk was no disappointment. Great sale going on and plenty of inventory.

Clavel is an amazing salesperson at Belk in Shelby!! She is so helpful and even assisted me in applying for a Belk card which has been incredible in savings for me!!! She always greets me with a smile and is wonderful to help me out!! The store is clean and has great inventory!!!

Their having a great sale right now. I bought 5 outfits an 2 bras for $130. I was amazed.

Great deals I love Belks

Had a great selection for all ages and genders. Household goods, make-up, and jewelry. I love the men's section for their stylish clothes and affordable prices. Black Friday is insane here, but if you're feeling adventurous try it out!

I can always find what I need at Belks. The employees are always very helpful and the wait time to check out is kept to a minimum. They're willing to help if you have questions! Also, they usually have great sales and the cashier's make sure you take full advantage of the sale. I spent $78 but saved $112 on my most recent visit. They also have a wedding registry where you can pull up what a couple wants for their wedding! Truly an amazing store! Highly recommended 😀

The store in Shelby Nc is the best Belks store I have been in in a long time. It was clean, well stocked, cashiers at all registers. It reminded me of the way it use to feel while shopping.

Looking for a pair of shoes on 8/26/17. Found a pair but they didn't have my size in the color I wanted. Tried a pair on in a different color and the Sales Associate ordered the color I wanted. Got home from work today and they had been delivered today. Very pleased with the Sales Associate who ordered them and very pleased with how quickly I received them.

Phil and me went shopping at Belk in Shelby. They have some good special sales. We got Phil a nice shirt 40 percent off . Loved the red Chaps shirt. That color was in stock. The sales associate was very nice.

I had 2 exchanges and a mail order return. I found everything in stock and the cashier was friendly, courteous, and informative. This is a busy store and has a lot of stock on the floor. I will return to shop here in the Shelby Cleveland Mall the next time I want something from Belk’s.

The store was so clean, organized and easy to find what I'm looking for. Then the deals on top of the sales were phenomenal. The customer service was exceptional as well!
